Wrost experience. I purchased the new Tab S9 ultra pro. During the deal, EE offered some deal, and the executive told me that if I changed from BT to EE, it's would be a better deal, and I go ahead with EE customer executives. But later on, BT charged me £50 for non returning of BT old Kit and £170 for early contract closure chareges.I don't recommend the EE/BT

EE one of the staff fraud with me I purchased a phone from EE store they gave me lenevo Tab with iPhone and he told it?s free of cost I did not charge you I clearly told him I don?t want any things else just I want phn his say ok no worry take this Lenovo tablet it?s free but thy charge me £20 every month when I went to store they Mis behaving with me. Even I call to customer care but no one help me .For new customers don?t go to EE store use other network.

Worst experience with EE store staff in Ilford. Awful staff behaviour. I went to purchase EE broadband with some requirements in my mind. Explained them to one of the store guides 'Hamza' about my requirements. The only thing he does by saying 'yeah yeah. It works' to sell the products by providing misinformation to meet his monthly/weekly targets. The whole staff acts like a team and shows hell to customers if they suspect that this particular customer gonna create us some problem, so let's piss him off by behaving awfully. Particularly, lady store guide 'Tosmia' is very arrogant. They provide complete false information and manipulate the customers to meet their targets. I recommend EE store in Walthamstow central. Staff over there are extremely helpful. In my personal opinion, EE Ilford store staff are the worst human beings I have come across in my life.

Don?t do buy any contract in this place. Or any EE stores in east London. Full of thieves working here they have done fraud on my bank card over £7000. The guy took my card put in some fake machine and after 2 months these people tried to take out 7000 in my account. I fought my bank and got the money.

Absolutely mortified. Disgusting service. Service is degrading by day, so sad to see how low service has dropped run by bunch of hooligans and delusional idiots.After simply wanting a replacement SIM as mine was playing up and on advice by EE customer service I popped into my local branch where I have previously took out a few contracts.. I was told to wait, after waiting for over a long hour, I am told to show a ID, which I did, I was then informed they will need to take a picture of me in person, I was surprised as I haven?t come across this policy before, after asking about my privacy concern as I?ve never heard of this and asking to see the policy in writing, I am told in a very rude abrupt manner it?s only their store policy and that EE is not aware of their store policy, they have nothing to show in writing for their secret policy.. such a shock to me and a big privacy concern in this day and age not to have a policy in writing, a big red flag right there!!!I wasn?t born yesterday.

The staff behaviour is very very worst. No minimum common sense because of their behaviour so we do not taken EE contract.They are not have patience. I don?t have any personal issues with the staff even they are very aggressive.

Just awful experience, aint anyone with good customer service experience. Not recommended at all.
