Big shout out to the leadership team at this branch (Binu and Darryl) for getting my account set up. After a very unfavourable experience of 4 calls to the India based contact centre who lack communication skills, the above were highly responsive.All good now and account active!

Tried opening an account as i am traveling. Made an app application online when in the branch as well to give My documents and was told that I should receive my welcome pack within five working days. It?s been more than that. Haven?t heard anything. Had to call the customer care team again was not very helpful. Someone from head office rang and he was not very keen on losing a new customer. No attempt to apologise, false information given to myself. Will never recommend state bank of India to anyone. Specially NRIs. Worst service and waste of time.

Branch in houslow I went. We wanted to open an account. It was very busy, they had shortage of staff. We meet Nayanaben Majethiya. She was very helpful. While we filling form she was helping other customers. All most one time that day she was helping 3 customers at same time.Thank you.
