After being led on all morning by either Apple or non-helpful staff at EE, I was redirected to this shop where a lovely lady. I think her name was Lidba [unsure on the spelling], but she was incredibly helpful, offering us immediate help when we had to make a return back home for ID, and she was very polite as she helped us. My prior issue is now being handled thanks to her.

Staff are always busy. Sometime 3 staff are with 1 customer. I'm having to wait around 15-20mins before being served and then a simple "pay my bill" become a complicated and lengthy process.

I would avoid this store, witnessed staff being rude to elderly. Not really helpful in store.. I had a particular issue with a new phone and wouldn't let me exchange it after being persuaded by their staff it was a good phone.

Nice little branch with knowledgeable and helpful staff.Special thanks to the manager Musa, who helped me with my Google Pixel watch to connect it to the EE network.He passionately done the whole process which took about an hour, and now I'm the very happy smart watch owner !
