Do not get your scripts here.Waited 20 minutes to pick up script, they did not have the whole repeat, had to return 5 days later, waited 40 minutes to collect. Every other person in the cue was having the same issues.

I?ve shopped in this store several times and unfortunately everyone including the manager (Italian woman I believe) and the pharmacy staff are often rude. Today I came in to buy a foundation and I was served by the brilliant Syad who pointed me to some offers on the brand I was buying. If more people were like Syad I?d definitely shop in here more often. 5 stars customer service today but leaving 3 stars for the overall usual experience.

Didn?t even want to give one star the manger is RUDE I wanted to asked a question about the painkillers and she dismissed me and ignored my enquiry as a manger you should have the competency to multitask and deal with customers accordingly. The shop was not busy at all and baring in mind she walked passed me and the product in question and still dismissed me .

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!I wish I could give 0 stars!Avoid this boots at all cost if you have to pick up a prescription!Multiple pharmacists will be serving the same customer while there is 10/15 customers queuing.If you try to call to make sure your prescription is there they will make you wait for at least 10 mins on the line to then put the phone down on you (this will happen multiple times) And when you finally get through after 3/4 hours the rudest staff will pick up (I had Farista today shouting at me down the phone) and say they don?t have it even after you confirm with boots head office, customer service, your GP and even other pharmacies which can all see your prescription!Rude and unprofessional

Bad logistics on flu as appointments.On 23rd of November I booked and paid for a flu jab online for Holloway Road store.Five days passed and I kept receiving reminders of my appointment. Today I walked in and there were no flu jabs.The shop didn?t even care send me an email or a text to tell me that. I called the helpline and they said it was the store responsibility. I?m really sorry but when you don?t have a service you don?t send me a text or a email 15 minutes before if you can?t do it don?t offer the service!

My one day off from university. I'm not local to this area, I just came to visit my parents. This racist security guard racially profiled me and followed me around the WHOLE shop from the minute I entered, down every single isle until the last minute I left. I literally took this picture at the exit of the shop. I've never stole anything in my life. I'm a young girl and I felt very intimidated to have a grown man STALK me! Very disappointing to be racially profiled in 2023! I wonder how many other young girls he stalks!

We visited the shop at holloway road. Fahimul the cashier was so professional. He helped us find the vitamins we needed. His service was second to none.

This is the worst Boots in central london, it?s a grim place and I always try to avoid going in unless I have to. There?s always just one staff member serving a long queue near the front of the shop, customers are forced to stand in the middle of an aisle. I got roared at when I noticed someone serving at the perfume till for a change so I went over to pay - she rudely told me go to the other (long) queue because she ?has 2 perfume customers waiting?. They are obviously more important than ppl waiting to pay!Why can?t this Boots move with the times and get some self service tills??

STAY AWAY FROM THE PHARMACY!!I went in today just before lunch to get a prescription filled. I was made to wait for around half an hour at the pharmacy, there were only 2 people waiting in front of me but nobody would explain or acknowledge why the long wait. Then on my request the pharmacist said I could leave the script and come back later. I came back within about an hour but the pharmacist refused to dispense the script for an antibiotic, for an abscess, because she was unable to print out a label for the box. I asked her to hand write the directions, name and date on a blank label. She refused to do so saying it was against Boots policy. When I pointed to her that it was her duty of care to give me the medicine required for an infection and that she should put the patient's interest first rather than follow a policy which did not make sense, her response was to go to another pharmacy. What incompetence and poor service!!

One person at the checkout despite a 10m queue. Despite this, perhaps half a dozen staff milling around the pharmacy section trying to look busy. Why bother stocking shelves if you can't be bothered? Explains why they are struggling.

Literally no point in sending patients texts saying their prescription is ready then proceed to make them wait OVER 30 MINS for it, most of the time standing cuz there are only two chairs, I can not stand for long periods of time, I already find it hard enough going there because, they don't do delivery then, every time they don't have something so clearly, my prescription wasn't ready to begin with.It's stressful cuz they only ever have 1 person there and the que goes all the way round the corner just for prescriptions.DONT TELL CUSTOMERS ITS READY IF ITS NOT AND HALF OF IT IS MISSING!ITS NOT OUR JOB TO KEEP COMING BACK AND FORTH FOR MEDS THAT A PHARMACY CANT SORT OUT!
