“We were on a hunt for Gerald Durrell books. We entered the store, which was so neat and well organized we thought it was a regular bookstore selling new books. The store provides a shopping experience way above any other charity shop or second hand bookstore. I asked the lady who runs the place, whether she had any Durrell hooks and she immediately went to the back room and found one that had just come in. Great service, excellent selection of books at reasonable prices- all for a great cause???”

My mate Glenroy, from my uni days, lived in Ladbroke Grove years ago, and used to regale me with stories about how great it was there, and how I would've loved it - very different now I think, but good to see shops lke this still doing their thing! Was chuffed to pick up a 7" copy of 'Ball of Fire'. ?”

“My go-too boots. Quite small but has everything I’m looking for. The staff is friendly and are always ready to help. Sometimes there is a bit of a queue but it never lasts long. Sometimes a bit difficult to find what I’m looking for but the staff is always ready to help. Always well stocked up. Lovely shop!”
