Appalling service, choice \\u0026 if the assistant is to be believed, software. Over an hour and a half and every phone I chose was unavailable even though she was holding my 4th or was it 5th \\\"choice\\\" *in her hand* she couldn't sell it to me. 1 hour, 40 minutes was enough \\u0026 I left.

Moses and Alex are very helpful . Alex helped me sort out account issues using his ingenuity while Moses went above and beyond to restore the phone for my sister in-law who was laid up in hospital. He restored her phone and even retrieved her contacts. What a guy!!

I have been to different Vodafone stores, and I was really unhappy with the customer service.The best customer service that I had ever received was in Lewisham. The manager Moses and his colleague Ismail were the ones who served . They went explaining to me every detail nicely. I asked them several questions and They stayed with me till closing , they replied to all my questions without rushing me or making me fell that they need to shut down the store. These are the kind of people that we need to see in every store, I wish if everybody is like them

So slow in here had to leave and come back.. And even when I came back still very slow... Not enough staff. They did not even acknowledge customers you literally go in there and stand (or sit) around until somebody becomes available.
