Severely understaffed, always a 30 min queue

Not even deserving of 1 star - absolutely incompetent people working there that do not want to help you and are also rude - IMPOSSIBLE TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE! You would receive an email saying its arrived for collection and they will tell u to leave as its not there!!!!! Royal mail and this post office are absolute travesty just close off the whole company and let other more competent companies deliver PEOPLES PACKAGES TO THEM

I would avoid this post office. Short staffed and the kiosks seem to always be turned off so you can't do self service, huge queues

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. I stayed in the queue today as I was not very sure what posting option is best for me and I hoped the lady at the desk would be able to help me. She made me feel like I was stupid because it was my first time using their self-service kiosks which are not very straight-forward to use anyway with no instructions. She also pointed me to the standard service because she told me you cannot sent a letter tracked but without signature, which is actually one of the options on their website. So, they are not even able to support you with the services they offer. I would recommend saving some time and your good mood by staying at home and ordering a (FREE) collection with label delivered to your door from the Royal Mail website.

Disgraceful service, lazy workers, I took a permission from my job to leave early to arrive here on time and collect my paracel but they shut everything down at 17.27 and told me I was not allowed in, when I asked for a supervisor to issue a formal complaint a dude who clearly hated is job came and told me he was gonna come back with a leaflet, but never showed up and the whsmith cashier closed the door. Lazy and unprofessional, especially since they were paid by their company until 17.30 to stay there and serve the customers. I will escalate this as much as possible to make sure someone will pay the price.

Incompetent staff member doesn't even know how to handle 2 parcels. The tall woman who has been working there for years but wasted 1.5 hours of my time in total in 2 days with her incompetence. She is always passive-aggresive, borderline rude. Acting like it's always your fault. Finally when she realised it was her fault all along, she didn't even bother with a simple apology. Terrible person to deal with.

I'm not the one that normally leaves bad reviews but in this instance, I feel I have to.I went in to exchange some euros (not the first time). There was only one person behind the counter and a massive queue. There was another lady roaming and not doing much in my opinion, who went around asking people in the queue about the reason of their visit. I mentioned her that I wanted to exchange some euros and put them in my account, to which she replied that the person working in the exchange rate office wasn't there at the time and she wasn't sure the person behind the counter will be able to do it (bear in mind this was close to midday and there's stickers all over the counters offering currency exchange). The aforementioned lady didn't bother to ask the other lady behind the counter if she would be able to proceed.After waiting for a while, my turn came and the lady at the counter told me that nor her or her colleague would be able to do so and sent me to the currency exchange office next to M&S...I explained her that I had done this before at the exact same counter where I was standing. She proceed to tell me this again as if I didn't understand it the first time.In my experience, very poor customer service (they shouldn't send customers away to other business). The shortage of staff seems to be recurring so, perhaps management/owners should consider to employ more people. Also, if a service is offered, ALL staff should be trained to carry out such thing, regardless of who is on shift!.

Person at the counter was super quick and efficient. Only issue - the self service machines were all out of order.

If it were up to me, I would give then -10 in customer service. The customer service is very bad. I really don't know why they are still in their positions, you can see that they are bored and tired.

Terrible service. He gave half of the money from the municipality and did not give the other half. He told me to get in line again. There are 12 people in line. It does not pay 8 checks at the same time. I have not experienced this problem in other postoffices. My first transaction here went terribly.

I use the online service to do my psssport and the manger at this branch kept my passport and other customer passport for 5 days when it should send off to passport office the next day special delivery ...so i went to complaint he said he have to collect 10 passport before he can send them off via special delivery so he charges £16 for each customer but send it off all together in 5 days so basically he isbscamming each customer 16 pound and your passort and supporting documents stays in his safe for 5 days..becareful he is a scammer.
