Rude incompetent staff Mandy and Jan are jokes always look miserable as sin unless they sit around doing nothing no stock in the store how does it make money they must like having a boat that can't float. Also staff do not wear masks.

I'm a patient in Lewisham Hospital, with no one to support me.... I called McColls to see if they can deliver some items to the ward.... After all they service the Hospital....And the person I spoke with was polite but not helpful... It's a shame.... You have a captive audience..... You should be utilizing every opportunity to expand on your availability...
