The most irrational layout ever - let's put the fruit aisle in between two veg aisles so people have to walk twice as far backwards and forwards between veg aisles to find their veg. Well done Tesco's! ?

What is the point of having scan as you go when the Tesco employee again makes you scan all the products at self checkout. Unless not done she doesn't let you go. It's waste of time and duplication for customers. Not at all customer convenient.

I have been shopping at Tesco Harrow for numerous years and today was the first time in all these years that I was put off to ever shop there again.I had just paid for all my shopping and asked the lady who served me whether a ?3 for 2? off had gone through with the products that I had bought. After a while of faffing she was unsure.I then said never mind I?ll check my receipt.Checked it and realised that it hadn?t gone through and went to customer services.This is when it all really went downhill! I was served by a man called ?HARAN?.I explained the situation and it turns out the lady who served me didn?t actually scan one of the products. As with many shops and stores, this a mistake on the staffs end and usually the staff apologise and as a gesture of good will give you the product or offer you a refund on your remaining products.This man here, HARAN, accused me of stealing!!!As with anyone, I was not tolerating the accusation and walked out.He then followed me to my car, to then take products which I had paid for from my trolley and accused me of stealing again as well as calling me an arrogant lady! Not an ounce of professionalism or customer service, why are people like this employed ?!He then went and got his manager named Mitesh, who apologised on HARANs behalf and let me goABSOLUTE SHOCKER!!

I used tesco in harrow last week and went in to ask if they had a mobolity scooter or a wheelchair and waa told no when I insisted that I could not walk he reluctant went and found a wheelchair if this is how you treat disabled people you should be ashamed

It's a good Tesco, solid Tesco, only thing I don't like is that there always seems to be a massive queue every time I finish grabbing the one drink or one snack I ever only want, which to be fair is sort of on me

I shop here because its local and convenient to get to. That is the only positive of this store. Queues for days due to lack of staff, the constant changing of prices as if this is the stock exchange, I could go on.

The customer's toilets are absolutely disgusting. Ladies toilet was out of service, disabled was locked so I had to use the man's toilet. I wish I didn't.This is part of customer service... but if this is what you offer to your customers, then it is an absolute disgrace!

My go to place for Grocery Shopping. Their services are customer friendly. A wholesome store to buy everything you need to live your daily life. Milk to Medicine, Bread to Prosecco, Electrical appliances, Party supplies, credit card, phone card and what not.. Love it ?

Zero customer service.The lady who was working in self service was very rude and least respectful to customers.I don?t remember the time but the one with the specs.Being customer I expect respect and valuable customer service.I work in Tesco and she was teaching me rules what I have to do and how Tesco works .I would like to request manager to look into this matter and take is seriously.Being a customer and employee of Tesco highly disappointed with this .Thank you

Zero customer service or communication. Staff is not even familiar with their own operating system. Proving to everyone that Lidl and Aldi are a better choice.
