Shubh was extremely helpful with resizing and formatting a series of pictures for a special miniature folding frame. Very tricky to get them centred and perfectly cut for fitting, which she did while I waited (didn?t expect that) and not expensive. The recipient if this gift is going to be thrilled - thank you Shubh! Perfect customer care!

I was delighted that they were able to provide me with excellent prints and digital images from two 70 year old film frames in viewers I found in possessions inherited from my late parents. They showed mum and dad on holiday in happy times in the 1950s. Very nostalgic. Thank you Snappy Snaps, Hampstead!

Really bad quality of printed photos. Developed my analogue camera rolls and they all look pixelated for some reason, additional to that printed on a very thin paper
