When he fell ill with a rapidly spreading rash and speeding heartrate on Day 3 of the trip, I called them up, then sent some photos. They spoke to their GP and gave the best advice. He went straight to the hospital and is now recovering after two anti-histamine injections and a drip. Probably something he ate.... So impressed by their speedy reaction time. What a relief!”

However if you like independent shops, want to support them and like good service you will be very happy going there.”

“I visit this pharmacy everyday as I’m on a daily pick up regimen. The pharmacists Kalpen and Kiran are so professional and really care about their customers. They’ve been on the phone to my prescriber on countless occasions when discrepancies with my prescriptions have been identified. They’ve even delivered my medication on occasion when I’ve been unable to get to the pharmacy. All the staff/assistants are polite friendly and very helpful. They deal with enquiries from customers with care and patience. I’m very lucky to have such a great pharmacy involved in my care plan. Thanks guys ??”

“It happened to me once that I've been given the wrong medication(I've asked something specific and they gave me something that I was allergic to), but I've gently asked if they can change it back and they did it with no problem. I've talked with a manager, I think, she's been really nice and polite, but she asked me who served me and I hope the lady wasn't in trouble after. Never had any other problem and no one has never been rude as all the comments said. It's normal to do mistakes or if they are in a bad mood one day.”
