Such a bad customer service. I waited 29min for my turn. As soon as me turn came up. The guy said I am going on my breaks.I said to him you got 3 pending customer he said I don?t get paid break and went off.I asked his Colleague after 20min how long is the break mate.He said it?s 1hr. And I had to wait as there was only one guy in shop. it was really annoying.

I received good service when I ported my number, and it is now working, although the internet was a little fluctuating yesterday. But I was well taken care of.

They have the worst customer service ever! It took the guy more than 1 hour to literally replace 2 simcards (by Vodafone estimates this job should take 8 mins tops per replacement) and then took him half an hour just to sell me a simple 10 pounds pay as you go with no offer !!! I think Vodafone should fire these kind of staff or better train them!!

The best Vodafone branch. Very professional staff, amazing customer service and very reliable. I got my contract here and I am very satisfied. Was much better than any phone shop on the high-street. Thank you Hassan and Ali for your great service. Would highly recommend getting your contract here.

Based on the previous reviews, my girlfriend and me feel very lucky to have been assisted by ALI, who was available in every single query regarding the best solution for us, as we just moved from another country.Ali offered us different plans, with costs and benefits for each one, so we could chose what was suitable for us both: SIM card + Wi-Fi at home.Thank you very much for staying almost 1h with us, you were so professional

Where to start from!!! I mean Vodafone can get much better staff than this. Staff in this store, very very unprofessional, extremely rude. Essa the advisor is yawning on ur face. Manager thinks that he is super queen, if u say anything to him , he will kick u out of store. He literally threatened me. While I was on the call with Vodafone as store refused to help, he was being rude interrupting the call and he threatened me that he will kick me out of store for no reason. He has attitude for nothing, I mean nothing.I will make a formal complaint for him and Essa. These guys does not deserve to work in customer service. They would not do any good except some local grocery store where you do not have to be presentable and have to be mute.

Shamir was is friendly and helpful. He was quick using the Kios and Vodafone systems. The manager was also very helpful. I knew what I want and they helped me get it. ??

Staggeringly incompetent. I had a standard glitch with my phone, they tried for a second, then sent me away saying 'we just do sales'. (So, be warned: no after sales service from here!). Next Vodafone shop fixed problem within 5 minutes.
