The selection of items has steadily decreased over the last year, I try to avoid going in but it is closest to me and when I know I must I expect to walk away disappointed, unless I?m there for junk food- selection of junk has remained stocked and full of variety

Top work to security gaurd tonight 1st Feb at about 11.30pm. New young man (roughly 2 weeks or so) staff member wearing a very unprofessional beany hat and calling customers \\\"Fam\\\" and showing total rudeness to people. After a 16 hour shift in A\\u0026E is not the one. Everyone else during the day or the evening are always professional and curtious. Put manners on this new employee please ?

Really rude staff when coming to collect a parcel. Had to wait for 10 min and the lady had the cheek to tell me I can always come back if I don?t want to wait. Looks like staff are overstretched trying to do too much.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and at the start of the Omicron wave. Sainsbury's staff is incapable to wear a mask, including those working in the bakery section. Buy at your own risk, you might get a side of Covid with your shopping.

Female Manager is fantastic. Very friendly and very professional and helpful. Male tall manager (bald head and a beard) very very rude to staff and customers. Shouting and barking orders across the store at the staff who really are all very good. Zero customer service skills. He is dressed in trousers too short and looks ready for a night out rather than for a shift In a supermarket. Very unfriendly. Several of us who work at the hospital DREAD being served by him. Avoid him at all costs.Refused to take cash at 11.10pm at the kiosk (assume had cashed up already) was NEVER told self service accepted cash (had to phone to ask female Manager confirmed verbally cash accepted only on self service) so we had to walk back AGAIN. Footfall and cash are priority. Remind your staff. Avoid avoid avoid! Use tesco
