“Great gym with good equipment can get busy like most gyms at peak times but like me being electrician who works days & nights, usual early hours of morning coming from work very few people in there that's one of the things i like about 24hr gyms, + at the end of the training session i like hitting hydro - massage its an nice touch, but one little negative is after all these years open in Hammersmith is the cross trainer, i my self don't mind them but visiting other gyms i would like to see a few elliptical cross trainer machine's being installed them machines really put you through there paces .”
