I found the staff here on the front desk and upstairs really helpful and friendly. A significant difference from the Kensington Branch who have an admin bouncer on the front desk, whose job it is to make sure you just go away.

Barclays Hammersmith have great people in their team.As a customer I had an issue with one of the atm and after a complaint and verification I was effectively reimbursed.They are trustworthy and helpful especially Elisabetta which I found very patient with stewardship. Her customer service capability are beyond expectations.

It is your usual Barclays. Purposely bad service as the bank on the whole wants to close branches so gives staff the inability to do a job properly, staff are miserable as they probably read the news daily to find if their branch and job is at risk. To compound the awful service more, the machines barely function with touch screens being barely responsive.The cash machines outside are all different and once I went in to report one of them looking suspicious, she barely glanced her head out of the door and said "it's supposed to be like that"Really is about time Google Reviews had a ZERO star option.

they guy working there smiling and helping only women's when he talks to me he didn't even look at my eyes and talked to me less than a minute , plus Barclays has one of the worst services in the uk monzo the online bank is much better can u imagine, money takes around 3 days to come to your account..shame on them.

Apart from the working hours, my honest view of this branch is positive; however, I have seen that there is sometimes a lengthy queue due to the presence of only one counter.
