“They’ve renovated the post office, looks very nice, clean and modern. Customer service is amazing, the staff are always willing to help you out with anything. Glad that the staff are back, they have definitely been missed.”

“I walked past the hackney post office and saw that the queue was so long people were standing outside the shop. Googled and found the Dalston Lane branch only 3-4mins away, no queue. There's only two counters, but very efficient, I was in and out of the shop in 2 minutes during lunchtime/ noon.Be mindful that they are closed from 1:30-2:30 for lunch.”

“I've used this Post Office for years, and have never found the staff to be anything other than helpful, polite, and friendly. So I find the negative reviews on here hard to take seriously. (Some of them, I note, are of the Dalston branch, not this one.)The weekday opening hours are 8:30 to 16:30, and they're understandably fairly strict about that. So if you're queuing outside and it's close to 4:30, you might get turned away. The queues are sometimes long, but that's not the shop's fault. It's a small counter, with only space for serving two customers at a time, and in my experience it's always fully staffed at the busiest times, with both employees working hard.”

“I go here during work hours for my company, service is good, majority of staff are friendly. Social distancing is effective and entries are professional managed by the doorman. Sanitizer available. Outside que can be slow due to lack of staff but nothing to worry about. Thumbs up from me!”

“This branch's service really depends on what time of the day you visit. If you go early enough, there's close to no queue, if you go after noon, it's heaving.I suggest you going to the Dalson Lane branch if you plan to go after noon. 4 mins walk away from this Hackney branch, no queue, I was in and out with my parcel sent in 2 minutes at 1pm on a tuesday.”
