Love this place. Oasis of calm (excuse the pun!) The beetroot latte is amazing. Also love that they don't hurry you along like some other places in the area.

The best choice of matcha latte in London I've seen so far. Great design, too. The only problem is that they open a bit too late and you can have a breakfast with matcha only if you had had a party on the night before and had waken up late :)

Very aesthetic little cafe with clothing merchandise available, too. Had a nice iced latte and bought some madeleines and a stuffed Pretzel and salted caramel cookie to go. Both not only look picture perfect but actually taste delicious too. Would suggest splitting a cookie with a friend as they're rather big. Staff, especially Hannah, were very nice.

Have been a big fan of Palm Vaults since it opened. You know, before everyone copied them. Lovely space, delicious lattes and cakes. I am looking forward to visit now they reopened. I've got too many of their merch and they're so comfy and stylish.

Unfortunately the quality of drinks has changed so much since the re-opening. It took about 15 minutes for one drink that tasted like 10 pumps of syrup with a bit of milk. :(

Soooo happy this has reopened! Their cookies are literally the best I've ever had!! They make their own syrups and you can really tell, delicious and not too sweet ?? love the jasmine latte!Dietary restrictions: Vegan options

It's always a lovely experience to eat here. Lavender or rose lattes, the most delicate, special cakes, and vegan sandwiches decorated with edible flowers. The interior is a pastel paradise, with some of the prettiest glassware and china I've ever used. Pink cut glass tumblers are hard to find, too! The staff are charming, and it's well worth travelling to come here.

I had seen the palm vaults advertised on a post by secret London on pink cafes and restaurants and honestly I am so unimpressed with the shop and especially the employees. From looking at their Instagram page I had high hopes but in fact it is just one of those catfish type cafes that just post to Instagram but do not actually take pride in hospitality and are misleading. I walked in after travelling over 45minutes out of my way to try this place out. The cafe was decorated and quite interesting but the staff seemed uninterested that they had a customer just walk in. The shop was empty and I had to wait a while in an empty shop until I took the initiative and asked them for the menu. I am actually shocked that I waited so long, while they were sat on their phones, one apologised as they had an email, but there was two of them there, at least one could have sat me down with a menu or offered me a drink of water (which only happened when I had to grab their attention) I just felt that they were very unfriendly and pompous. On palm vaults Instagram they have pastries and cakes advertised, and when I asked them if they had any they said they hadn?t which again was extremely disappointing. Upon looking at the menu it was average and not worth my time or money so I didn?t stay any longer. I am disappointed as I had just travelled so long and completely out of my way to check this place out and grab breakfast but left without ordering anything as I did not want to stay in unwelcomed any longer. I don?t recommend this place especially if you are thinking of travelling from further out, and seems slightly pretentious for what it actually is.

We have been coming here for years. Such a nice spot with a really original selection of coffees and teas. The only thing they need to do is get a new extractor fan ! All our clothes smell of fried onions.

A beautiful cafe with a unique menu, amongst a small selection of cafes with character in Hackney

Interesting cafe. The pink latte (coffee free) was very nice. Being rose flavour, I feared it would taste like soap, but it doesn't at all. I ordered an additional espresso to drop into my drink on the advice of the staff (so I could try it with and without coffee), which was a nice suggestion. I had a caramel brownie, which was nice and squidgy. There were a few very nice looking sweet treats on offer and a small menu of specials. The cafe is worth a visit if you are in the area and hankering for a pick me up treat.

Great place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Good prices, lovely food and great decor. Really friendly staff, can't wait to go back! The toasties are yummmmm.
