This boots is horrible. The staff are so rude and Miserable! They aren?t helpful in the slightest, and they also don?t know how to keep their voices down, I don?t need the entire store to know what prescription is being collected. It?s completely unprofessional. I would not recommend using this boots. If possible please visit a new one because it is ridiculous!

Lazy Staff, rude manager my order was delivered to the store .I went to the store 3 times they told me that it was not there , I went the 4th time to find out that they have returned the parcel . The manager just stood there like she does not have any ideas of what is going on there. Avoid boots Dalston if you can .

I don't understand why this Boots is kept in such horrible condition. There's water damage along the ceiling and the floor and a consultation room where you can barely shut the door with holes in the wall. It's appalling that staff are asked to work in these conditions.

Went back to correct prescription, they took away whole 2months hrt patches that I had to use that day. Unkind uneducated staff. No idea what hrts are - they suppose to know about the drugs, they are just robots that want to be free from thinking.

11.20 and still not open. I saw every single member of staff walking in late. According to the rude security who is trying to tell me where my nearest Boot's is (it is you!) the pharmacist is still not there so they can't even open for people who don't need a pharmacist. 100% unacceptable!

Do not use this pharmacy. The pharmacy here gave me a prescription which passed its use by date and refused to refund or correct it when I went back with all receipts - they just said their pharmacist shouldn?t have done it, not even an apology. They made me go back to my doctor for a new prescription and pay twice. Disgraceful. wasting my GP?s and my time to scam money. Horrible staff.

Great staff. However, the store needs to stock up more on the variety of facial serum. Can't even get a boots brand in store it has to be ordered online.

The store needs a face-lift. It looks really tired and dingy. It has a basic stock of essentials which is as good as it gets. The staff are super friendly and helpful ?

This is my FAVOURITE Boots hands down. Hands down.I pop in here weekly and a look at my timeline just verified that I have visited here SO MANY times already this month. That's too much. ?Its staff on both the shop floor and in the pharmacy are super helpful, knowledgeable, are quick and friendly. Plus I am obsessed with earning Boots points. The one thing to get from Boots RIGHT NOW is something from the new Boots No7 Future Renew Damage Reversal range; if not, the entire range.Boots has formulated an exclusively new and unique skincare technology called Pepticology that took leading dermatologists more than 10 years to create. This cutting-edge technology travels via the product to warn skin cells of damage and ultimately repair and reverse visible signs of skin damage. There is no skincare in the world like Boots' No7 Future Renew line which consists of a SPF infused Day Cream; a Night Cream; an Eye Serum; and a Face Serum. Here I have the Serum and as you can see, the texture is absolutely refined, smoothing, quick to absorb and penetrate skin layer and super hydrating. Plus, a little will go a long way to compensate for this serum's £40+ price tag. Having just been hit by a car I am putting this to strict test to remove scars on my face, hands and knees which so far appear to be fading with use of this.Boots currently has a 3 for the price of 2 offer on this range and you can ask for a voucher to get a further £10 off if you accept this offer in store. Then there are your Boots points. If you don't have a Boots Advantage card but do decide to buy this range or anything from it now would be a great time to get something back in the form of Boots points. Trust me, they add up!!
