Loads of staff hanging around ,they should be behind counters!! Queuing system for self service not clear.Only 1 cashier..you know very well that your customers want to come INTO the bank not bank or deal with things online so stop trying to push that in our faces..we want to speak and deal with people face to face NOT ONLINE!!! You are not stupid you know this perfectly well!! Stop making excuses..we are sick of it!!

Cash Machine ever closed when the bank is closed. Here, and all over the Greater London. Very shameful bank.And when the branch is open, and you want to change the pin of your card, you can?t do it inside the branch. They tell you that you can do it only at the ATM outside: but the ATM outside tells you ?Sorry, service not available?.Nothing works at Barclays Bank

Terrible customer service, one of the employee didn't want to serve me at 11:30 because she said she's leaving at 12.Another employee by the name of Saddha or Shaddha was really rude.Horrible exprience

I would like to thank Jusky , Ibby and Louie who took initiative and went above beyond to help me with my issue. A great face to face customer service is very much appreciated especially when everything now handled by online banking. Thank you all !

Not enough staff and inefficiently run, the same as ALL the other banks. No difference.I miss the days of having a relationship manager who looked after you and you didn?t need to have these annoying automated phone lines that simply frustrate you.

This is modern high street banking and I'm afraid it's not very good. The bank is in busy Golders Green and there was a huge group of miserable looking people all waiting to see an advisor about some sort of banking issue. Most looked like they hailed from lands far away from North London. Can I say that without getting in trouble?Anyway I was advised by somewhat disinterested Barclays assistant that the wait would be hours. I left immediately. Awful customer service, but I expect it's the way things are heading. At least they appear to have a counter service which is a good thing.
