I came Curry?s Pc world 27th of Feb at 12.305 minutes ago I wanted to buy a computer and a monitor, the all Curry?s managers can watch from the camera, although I waited for 15-20 mins minutes I already let them know that who standing right on counter, one person did not take care of me, I counted five or six staff working there, none of them approached me and asked me how I could help you.The total of the things I will buy is a computer of £2400 cost and I gave up. I can?t push you to sell me a computer, right??I am addressing the Cures managers here?,Your staff are useless, no one took care of me when I had money and time to buy a computer, no one even tried to sell me a computer, so I will never come to Curry?s again and I will not buy a computer or any technology tools from Curry?s , let you know about it.

Visited Curry's Frien Barnet to get a new fridge. We were given a 5 star service by Raj who was honestly one of the best salesperson we've come across. He was very friendly, very helpful, honest and had really good product knowledge.We ended up buying the fridge and a vacuum cleaner. Also we now visit the Currys in Frien Barnet quite regularly to get advice on products as Raj always gives really good advice and is very helpful.

Great service from Dinesh. He made our shopping experience easy and stress free. After attempting to shop at the Enfield branch which was the worst store for customer service. Dinesh regained our confidence in curry?s. He should be given a promotion to train other staff. Thank you Dinesh, we will use this store from now on

Frank on the repair desk was incredibly helpful when I brough my laptop in - he spent a lot of time with me finding the details of my plan and going through the diagnostic tests before sending it off - really helpful!

Ordered a charging cable online to collect same day from this store. I get the confirmation message saying that I can come and collect, so I leave the house and get to the store shortly afterwards. When I go to collect my cable, I get told that the one I had ordered and paid for online was not in stock. What an outrage! No form of communication was attempted prior to my arrival to let me know of this - and why did I get a confirmation message telling me to collect?! An absolute waste of my time, and fuel from the extra driving I had to do, as I ended up having to travel an extra hour to another Curry?s store to get it, as it was an urgent purchase, hence why I chose Curry?s to purchase from!!! I know for a FACT that I will not be shopping at this store again.

Writing to appreciate Indu she might not even be aware that she helped me with the collection so smooth and it was done in 3 minutes.I arrived quite late almost closing time but Indu still welcomed me and helped me with the collection.I was a bit concerned as I travelled one hour to this place fearing things others mentioned on Google map might happen.Just want to say unfortunate things do happen but the staff I believe they are doing the best.

Went into the Friern Barnet store today to make a purchase. Waited around 10 mins and no one came to help. Went to the store manager Kayleigh who.was standing by the door looking bored and asked if anyone could serve me. She said everyone was busy but to go to the section I was interested in and she'd send someone over. I said I'd been waiting there for 10 minutes already. No response. She couldn't have cared less. Is this what customer service has become? Currys obviously don't care about their customers or their reputation to have someone like this as a store manager. Customers are treated like second class citizens, but these staff seem to forget if we stop buying, they will have no jobs.

The Worst Custumer ServiceDon't believe these shop after sales and Promotion Teams.. They will give some offers while purchasing and later they will not send those. I bought a laptop on black friday promotion and offered free subscription. When I collected the item they said they will send it by e-mail and after the said time frame expired I called them many time but each time they replied it will be next day.. But it is almost more than a month Nothing received.. I will never buy anything from them.If they offered anything, collect same time of delivery.. Pls Don't trust them!!!

Rubbish online service shows item in stock pain for it £1000 then order canceled 30 mins later check stock and still in stock so order and pay again call store next day to be told they have no stock now I have tp wait 5 days for my money back 2k!

I am so delighted with the service I get for this Currys. Mehmet, Mel but especially Raj have always been wonderful and knowledgeable. I really enjoy returning to this Currys and those men are the reason why. ?
