I dropped into Santas Pharmacy whilst feeling really poorly to seek their advice. I was met with extremely quick, knowledgeable and professional service, enabling me to get the help I needed without having to navigate NHS out of hours services. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this pharmacy!

For the first time today I had an unpleasant and stressful experience. The pharmacist did not understand what the doctor wrote in the prescription and was rude to me, which should not be with patients. Plus, another medication that was given to me at this pharmacy expire date was cut out. Antibiotics were divided into 3 parts and had no expiration date. What is unacceptable when selling any product. Not sure it safe to take this medication or not.

Nice people and very helpful with my Covid jab...will be back for a booster in Sept and would use but am a bit far away ....needed to get the jab there as the ones near me had lack of supply ....thanks

Had the most comfortable experience here. They did all the requisite tests for vaccination and wrote to my practice (with my permission) with observations that needed interventions. Will strongly recommend them.

I've been using this pharmacy for some years and find the service very good and friendly. It's quite a small shop and if Sanjay hasn't had something from my prescription in he's always been able to get it in by the next day.

It is true to say that I am not easily impressed, and so this is my first-ever review on here. And it is a positive one.I went to Santas for my latest Covid booster and the staff I spoke to were really efficient and friendly. They even gave me my flu thingy, too. That leaves me with absolutely nothing to moan about. For a change.Note to Santas; just put that fiver in the post, as agreed.

I don't tend to write negative reviews but I was appalled by the service I received here. They made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed which is never acceptable ? particularly at a pharmacy where many people might feel vulnerable asking for help. I'm surprised they have any customers at all. I hope they read this review and reflect on the way they speak to people in future.The Pharmacy across the road is a different story ? always polite and friendly, go there instead!
