Today I spent 2 hours in store trying to solve an issue. Balmeet did an amazing job in helping me. He stayed on the phone with customer services for most of the time, had been patient, and the whole team tried their best to be of help, and brainstorming for solutions. Thank you team Three Feltham, especially thank you to Balmeet!

Rubbish customer service in store and on the phone. The guy in store was so nonchalant and completely unbothered. He stated that he couldn?t help me in store and that I?d have to phone the customer service line. When I did phone the customer service line, I was cut off twice! This morning I woke up to £148 taken from my bank for a phone contract that I had previously cancelled! It?s Christmas and they are rotten thieves. I am cancelling all my three contracts and never dealing with this company ever again after 10 years of loyalty. They?re daylight robbers!

Three for 3. Very limited number of products are available in the shop and I have only ever seen two staff members working at the same time. Most of the phones they sell will be delivered within one week. Customer service is akin to putting toothpaste back in the tube. I don't blame the staff in the shop, I believe 3 need to be accountable at a higher level.

Same as Phil's review today. Was at the shop at 1045 waited till 1130am and shop still wasn't open. Had to leave and.making my way to the next 3 mobile shop in hounslow. The man who opened up what very dismissive and disregarding of customer waiting. What's the point putting up an opening time that you're not committed to...? Worst 3 mobile shop for me... first and last time visiting.

Very rude and disrespectful staff, came in to open shop 5 min before time, saw people waiting for him, went in and didn?t open the shop now 15mins past opening time 11:15am and he didn?t open the shop which was meant to open at 11am.I will be making a complaint about this.Disregarding customers and late opening than the time specified.
