What time does this branch actually close??? After being directed by the telephone team and assured that the branch closes at 6PM, I arrive at 17:55 for a sim swap (esim to physical sim) only to find the doors already locked ?

Just been to Enfield Vodafone shop to get some advice on my VFD630 phone, have an SD card inserted but can't move any apps across as says portable storage, the member of staff who I spoke to did not have a clue and was most unhelpful, I think he is in the wrong job, will try another Vodafone shop to get help/advice.

I was in there today, I?ll ask for top pop they charge me and they couldn?t do my top up they said to me you can go to different Vodafone and they will do for you i just walk out. So unprofessional

Went there in early December to get advice on how to end my broadband contract after moving abroad. Staff extremely ungelpful. The manager, Adib, said that he could not help. According to him, there was nothing he could do, no number he could call to find out more information, he advised me to call the customer helpline! He even said that the store was unrelated to Vodafone, so he had no contacts within the company. His only advise was for me to defraud Vodafone, the company he works for, by passing the broadband account to someone else, and telling vodafone that my bank account had changed. Unprofessional at best, unpleasant, deceitful behaviour. And obviously unacceptable to be unable to cancel a contract even though it is impossible to take the service with you when you move house.

Young and inexperienced staff that has led me up the wall. I bought a new phone and they migrated my number to Vodafone? well, at least I thought. I kept going back and 3 different Turkish girls kept reassuring me that I would get my number within 24 hours. I then got a bill for £427

Today I wanted to get help for why my monthly bill is extra. The young Turkish lady there said it was because I didn't pay. It's as if she knows if I have money in my account. When I asked why I received a message saying that although there was direct debid, she said that he did not pay me, she said direct debit But it was not withdrawn because there was no money in his account.When I called Vodafone they said manual payment was made. I would like to point out here that I recommend that you listen to people first, understand and be kind to explain how to find a solution.
