“We wanted to write to you to let you know the great experience and care that was given to our family and in particular our daughter on our recent holiday.Our daughter suffers and is also registered with a few disabilities including autism and severe allergies. We have not been able to go on holiday abroad for some time due to the anxiety and stress this brings with it for her and the rest of the family.Our Daughter is called Maisy Jane and now being 16 she was really keen to explore the possibilities of a holiday. She had done some research on the web and has found some information and reviews about an assistance team at TUi and in particular Turkey. So we gave TUi a call and was delighted to be speaking to a fantastic person called Megan at the Enfield store. She was so understanding and helpful, she explained what additional assistance we could receive and also made some TUI blue hotel recommendations that would really suit Maisy and our needs.After a bit of research we landed on the Tui Blue Ephesus in Kusadasi. We spoke to Megan and she was amazing, she had changed our flights so that we was near to the hotel and not such a long car journey. She had organised private car transfers to help with Maisy’s anxiety and been in touch with the hotel directly to make sure they were aware or allergies and the assistance she may need. On top of this she even got us assisted boarding at both airports.We have to say that each element of this type of help and care made our holiday the best ever experience for us all. It can’t be underestimated how it made a big impact in putting Maisy in the right mind set for her to settle in quickly and start to enjoy herself.The TUi team at the hotel were also extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They could not do enough for us, with the allocation of the room and assistance they gave. There was one individual at the hotel that went above and beyond to make Maisy feel safe, his name was Mahmut. He was her allergies rep and would meet her every meal time, explaining all the dishes and make sure she was ok. He would even prepare food in advance and source her out during the day to make sure she was ready for meal time. The attention and care he gave her was no different to our own and I think Maisy made a real friend in him.Overall the experience was 5 star and wasn’t something we ever expected when we started to explore the possibilities of even going a board with Maisy. We are so glad we got to speak to Megan she really was understanding and helpful.We have only been back a few weeks but Maisy has already asked when are we going back and will not take off her all inclusive wrist band !!Kind RegardsBrett and Emma Willis”
