Today I went to the store to buy a particuler air fryer for my daughters birthday, I am diabled & not very strong, I found the fryer I wanted but needed to check that it was the one I wanted so I found a member of staff & asked if I could look inside the box to check that it was the colour I wanted, she was so polite & helpful, she took the security tag off &opened up the box so I could check that it was the one my daughter wanted, she then lifted it into my trolley, a big shout out to Dina for her help, then when I went to pay for it I was unable to lift it out of the trolley the lady on the till said leave it there, she came round to me to scan the bar code & then when I went to Customer Service to ask if it was possible to get someone to help me get the box into my car the lady there said I will do it for you! I wish tosay a big THANK YOU to these members of staff who were so helpful, it was a big heavy box that I don't think I would have been able to manage myself, brilliant sevice.

I went to tesco with my two grandchildren today and I was left feeling very disappointed about the lack of baby changing facilities. I requested access to the baby changing toilets and customer service told me that they didn't have the keys for that toilet. After much confusion we were told that we would have to use the adult toilets. I had to change my 2 year old grandson (who had done a poo) whilst he stood up , it was uncomfortable for both me and for him. I'd also like to note that the disabled toilets were also inaccessible.could this please be looked into please.

Apparently, according to customer service all the customers toilets were flooded, had to wait to see customer service to get a key to the toilets to be told this. If it were true, then tesco might have had the foresight to put a sign out to tell the customers all the toilets were flooded. I smell a rat!

I found the store reasonably ok but the charity collection boxes not emptied for months overflowing with donated clothing also a abundance of begging people all around the car park very off putting

You may consider putting some bags so people can actually get the bread. In this way, you don't lose any sells and the bread is not wasted. Hopefully, a gentleman from the croissant aisle help me get some.

Disappointed by the Lack of Fitting Rooms at Tesco Extra Ponders EndI recently visited the Tesco Extra store in Ponders End, and I must say I was quite disappointed to find that they do not have fitting rooms available for customers. As someone who values the ability to try on clothing before making a purchase, this was a significant inconvenience. One of the primary reasons I choose to shop at large retailers like Tesco Extra is the convenience of finding everything I need under one roof. However, the absence of fitting rooms for clothing items undermines this convenience. It's frustrating to browse through the clothing section, select items of interest, only to realize that I cannot try them on to see if they fit properly. Not having fitting rooms also poses a problem for hygiene and customer satisfaction. Many customers may be hesitant to buy clothing without trying it on, and without fitting rooms, they might be more inclined to return items later, leading to potential issues with returns and exchanges.I understand that space constraints may play a role in this decision, but I believe that Tesco Extra should prioritize the needs of their customers, especially when it comes to basic amenities like fitting rooms. Other retail stores, even smaller ones, manage to provide this essential service, and it enhances the overall shopping experience. In conclusion, my shopping experience at Tesco Extra Ponders End was marred by the absence of fitting rooms. While I appreciate the store for its variety of products and convenience, the lack of fitting rooms for clothing items is a significant drawback. I hope that Tesco Extra considers addressing this issue to improve the overall shopping experience for its customers.

You might end up paying for the same item multiple times. This happened to me with fruits (without a barcode) when I bought a lot of stuff. I realised it when I was at home storing the items. It is not a mistake because they have to weigh the fruits. They don't care about people struggling with food price inflation. The staff is rude. Avoid.

Dangerous exit. Trolley abruptly stopped/was blocked by a mechanism as I was exiting and I walked into my own trolley! When walking somewhat at speed this is quite painful! Security guard acted like I was in the wrong for walking/exiting the shop with a trolley, even though the trolley bay is outside?
