I don't know the information about the biggest man working there, the person who did it was definitely very rude! He was angry and impatient while leaving the samples. Everywhere I go, cuticles are removed lightly, I thought the same thing here, they decided to get paid to work on the cuticles lightly before they become nails, and without saying this, they removed the cuticles. If they had just finished the nail they bought and told me to charge money, I would have had it done again, they made a fat nail on my skin with terrible methods, time and money wasted, I will go tomorrow and have it done properly elsewhere

Lovely salon, first time going there yesterday and certainly don?t regret it. My nails came out perfectly exactly how I wanted them. Staff members are polite and you can tell they?re all highly trained in what they do. Will definitely be coming back.

What a huge mistake going there. Im going for a holiday so I wanted a really nice set of nails. I looked over there instagram and I saw we may charge you a bit more but we give you best quality or we dont fix others places mess and ?. So I didn?t go to my usual place and I went there to get a set!!! I attached the photos! I asked for simple french tip and chrome on top. This is what I got. The funny part is after I left the shop I was so sad about my nails that I went back inside and asked to speak to the owner and I showed my nails, all bumpy, different sizes and crooked shapes! They offered to fix it but they sat me with the sameeee guy who did my nail first to fix it( they didn?t have customers). They told him to remove one of my nails and add length to 3 of them and paint over 4 of them. He didn?t remove anything just added length to 3 and painted them. Disappointiiiing attempt to fixing it. I even told him 4 times that I don?t want them just remove the paint because it is so bad but he said no no I will fix it. This is the fixed result. I don?t recommend and after paying I think £40-45 (I?m not sure because I had pedicure as well and I paid £83 in total) I have to go to my usual nail salon and after apologising to themmmm honestly ask them to fix this mess. I never wrote a long review like this before but Im so unhappy about the service that I received.Services: Acrylic nails

Came and got my nails done today. I didn?t book an appointment as it was a spontaneous decision, I did wait 2 and a half hours but that was with 10 people in front of me and one member of staff was off sick. My nails came out beautiful !! I adore them !!Services: Acrylic nails

Worst nail shop I?ve been to. They are thieves. They will take your money, do the worst job and not accept responsibility by offering a refund. I have proof of their nasty work.When I first got gel on my toes the next day one came off completely. Went back and they put the wrong colour on (how dumb, embarrassing and unprofessional). They took it off and redone it again.Then the day after that my other toes starting peeling off. Pictures show that they didn?t just chip they actually peeled off completely. When I went back to show them they said they have a no refund policy and were rude and abusive. It seems from other reviews that this happens a lot there and I?m shocked how they are allowed to operate a business by acting like greedy thieves.Service: Pedicure

I had seen a beautiful acrylic set painted by this salon on their Instagram, so I was excited to have my nails look the same.After waiting almost 2 hours for my nails to be started (which I was okay with because I knew I hadn't booked an appointment) my nails turned out not even looking remotely similar to the reference image.Because of this, I politely asked for a discount. I was told no and the man who terribly painted my nails rudely told me I wasted his time! I was shocked that his customer service skills were so poor, despite me being polite.Eventually, the owner stepped in and confirmed I couldn't receive a discount, but they could remove the failed set and paint a completely new set for me (which I accepted).All in all, I spent about 4-5 hours in the salon that day. I don't understand why so many good reviews. They took a nail clipper from my hands and used it on someone's toes , maybe it came from someone's toe and clipped my nails I haven't witnessed that yet. The place is really crowded in wise of the chair there are too many chairs we breathe in each others face, like you want £35/£40 for a set of nails but all what you can offer is unsanitary tools in a crowded invorment, i would rather spend my money in a place where I feel is basic hygiene around.
