Went to collect a prescription at 6.15. It was closed. Website says closes at 6.30. Customers need to be able to rely on getting meds on the right day. I tried to phone but no answer

I?m regularly take my medicine from them and today I explain for them I will go outside Uk because one of my medicine they didn?t have it and other one on the box they write 60 tablets and they gave me 30 tablets

Edit: after leaving the review I got a call from the pharmacy, treating me to not offer me their service anymore if I did not remove the review.Second time that I order my prescription with one week notice, to not be delivered, need to call and remind them. Line is always busy, or rings and no one pick up the phone. I was complaining over the phone and the man staff hung up on my face! I am 9 months pregnant and not the kind of stress needed at all! If you can deal with a bigger demand you should a let be honest upfront and not say that the prescription would be here in 3 working days.

I love this pharmacy they are always great also the man who works at the front desk is always so polite and helpful I called yesterday regarding my hay fever medication and he was so quick to help.

I notice there are mixed reviews, however, when I was in need of urgent medication SVR Chemist gave me good advice; I then phoned the hospital who are treating me and they responded immediately. I should have been on certain medication already but someone along the line failed me and the chemist cannot step in at that point so they gave me good advice. Within the hour SVR was at my door, with a smile, delivering the much-needed medication.Thank you.

Fantastic little chemist. I switch my pharmacist to S.V.R.CHEMIST after moving to the area and it becoming a bit of a trek to my old chemist and they are great. Very helpful and friendly. I have a very complex set of medications which they help me manage. My conditions mean I have memory problems so this is much appreciated. They also are great with my flatmates learning all our names etc.They have a nice stock, aside from purely medical stuff.Lovely stuff and great location.

Popped in to pick up some lateral flow test kits. Was quite shocked and surprised to see the staff NOT wearing masks. The staff at the back were, but the two,(what looked like owners) were not. Considering the recent announcements and the new variant, surely they of all people should be setting a good example. Very poor.

Terrible chemist. Waited for my prescription for two weeks and did not receive it it so I telephoned only to find out but they had delivered it to the wrong address.Their driver said that it was delivered to my address. I never received anything now I am without my vital supplies and the chemist do not seem interested in doing anything about it

*EDITED* I've had a call this morning from the permanent pharmacist sincerely apologising and has sorted out my prescription. Thank you, much appreciated.Have been using this pharmacy for a number of years now, even before the refurbishment and have never had any issues, however today was a completely different story. I ordered a repeat prescription on Thursday last week and was told it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday. So I went at the end of the day today (Tuesday) and was told that it didn't go through and had to order it again. In the meantime I went to my GP along the road and they said this has happened at SVR 6 or 7 times this week and they would do me an emergency one ready for tomorrow and suggested that SVR perhaps lend me some pills until they came in. I went back to the pharmacy and not only did they not apologise for not putting the prescription through, an older women pharmacist whom I've never seen before, refused to loan me any because I didn't have a continuous 6 months prescription because I changed my address due to Covid in 2020. I think it was completely unnecessary and could have helped me out after their mistake. There was absolutely zero customer service and made me feel like they didn't care in the slightest. Really disappointed with them and sad at their lack of compassion.
