Appalling customer service. After keeping me waiting for over 15 minutes in the queue, the employee was not only completely unapologetic but rude and aggressive. The attitude here is one of total contempt for their customers. Any other business with this quality of service would go bust very quickly.

I have been going to this Post Office for years but I have had many bad encounters there. Most staff are very rude, apart from the gentleman and the older lady. Very unhelpful and seem to really hate their job. The English woman is especially bad-mannered and has no sympathy to mothers with babies. The attitude seems all about power-trips rather than helping out the public. I have consciously decided not to go there and now walk longer to surrounding Post Offices and have not had bad encounters at either place (Bush Hill and Lancaster Road).

The lady cashier does not accept pennies when depositing sums of cash from business. The customer service at this post office is the worst I have experienced.

Absolutely disgusting service that does not exist I got email to pick up my parcel from Enfield post office at 23 church street and there is zero signs that it?s only a certain timing one can pick up parcel because person went on lunch and none of these lazy people that pretended to work there were not able to do anything about itWhat sort of service is that ???

In 20 years this post office has never failed to please. Always smiling, very able staff and their kindness to members of the public who are struggling is wonderful to see. They brighten everyone's day

I use this post office regularly and always have a good experience. Today, one of their employees Chirag went above and beyond to help me with a very stressful return of a mattress whilst juggling an 8 month old and a 2 year old toddler. Honestly couldn't have done it without him, massive thanks again!!

The women that work in this post office have no manners and are grotesque. The way they speak to you is disgusting. Their attitude when they speak to you is the poor. They take no pride in their jobs. Look at all the reviews of how bad the customer service is at this place.

This is my regular post office for many years. I m reading the reviews which really makes me feel bad for the staff members working hard at the branch. I would like to comment that they have been really helpful and efficient.They have been putting up with so much abuse and nasty behaviour.

My parcel was held on to for 48hrs without an attempt to be delivered. When they eventually attempted i was never contacted via calls or emails. And it was returned as no answer because there's no one at home. What happen to safe poaches, contacting the receiver? Royal mail you need to go learn from Evri. I am highly disappointed that you could not deliver a simple parcel. Royal mail has the worst service. The very next time i make a purchase online and i see it's royal mail i will cancel that purchase for a refund to be made.Royal mail you don't deserve a one star because of this irresponsible act. You are not transparent.

I cannot describe just how useless they are within this post office. No one ever seems to know what they are doing and forget asking a question because they do not seem to ever have answers. I posted a few letters a few weeks ago, to my surprise the individuals who they were sent to informed me that they had to pay there local post office/Royal mail to receive there items because I should have had either more stamps or paid more. This was never mentioned to me when I was there posting. This has happened a few times and not only to me but to others that I know.

My husband went to the Enfield town post office for a prepaid envelope and was given the wrong thing he then returned the next day to rectify it and was served by the same extremely rude English lady who had zero customer service she was awful we saw how she served other customers and was disgusted, ?And she is representing the Royal Mail says how bad things have got!!? No name badges displayed. Her tone and attitude need to be addressed as a matter of urgency.
