Almas the Postmaster is rude, lazy and a liar. He made several random and unrelated excuses to avoid accepting a return, purely because he couldn?t be bothered. He said he doesn?t accept Amazon parcels, which he does and I have taken Amazon returns before. He said my parcel is over 20kg without weighing it and which is not true, and the parcel had the weight printed on the outside - 6.9kg. He shouted at me saying I was ?wasting his time? with the parcel. Throughout the whole interaction he acted incredibly smug and immature. He also claimed that the Post Office does not have a complaints policy - which is obviously not true. I have made a complaint through the Post Office online complaint portal and I am awaiting a response.Update: your reply was a whole lot of nothing - completely unhelpful. Judging by your other reviews you clearly have this problem often, not ?18 years no problem?. I also don?t know why you have added a notice about ?physical or verbal abuse??

I use this post office quite often and the staff there are always very helpful and polite. Parking available right outside, so it is very convenient, too.

Passport renewal: Online application sent on 16th February 2023. New passport received 27 February 2023. Clerk was friendly, professional and efficient. Outstanding service.
