I received a money gram and the money was in hold .a new lady working in that post office was very helpful she helped me with phone calls which took 50 minutes to sorted out. She was very helpful and friendly!! I really appreciate her support!! ????

Shop supposed to close at 5:30 but they shut the shutters down at 5:15 and just walk away when you try to talk to them. Won't even be here if it wasn't for Amazon return place..will make sure amazon knows about this . If you treat your customers like this then you will never grow like other companies have grown. Disgusting experience and disgusting staff. Even if it is an emergency I would never return to this place.

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO POST ITEMS unless you really have to. The place was supposed to be open until 5:30 but the shutter was half down at 5:15. We knocked as we had a huge Amazon parcel (with which we walked 30 mins to return, we live in a bit remote area) and the man inside was ridiculously rude to us, didn?t even look at us, we just wanted to request him to take the parcel as we had really walked a long way and there were 15 mins left for the shop to close. The man behaved as if we weren?t there and carried on doing his thing, completely ignoring us, making us feel terribly bad. Again, do not go here.

A rude elder employee in the booth and a rude impolite young man in front shop. Today I went to buy a L sign for car from the front shop. As I entered, I didn?t realise I had my umbrella open over my head. The elder guy rudely shouted go back and leave you umbrella outside. I turned back and said if you could say that nicely I would have said sorry. And the young man in front shop told me ?if you are not happy with what you heard just leave?. It was morning of Saturday, for me a first day of the weekend is ruined. As I came home I saw all the negative reviews and I am very disappointed that despite all this they are still there.

In addition to all the other negative reviews, they are greedy as well.As seen in the picture, I had a voucher which clearly states I can get a cash payment at any post office.At this post office, the guy says it cam only be redeemed when I buy something and use it as payment.Clearly something he made up, I showed him what the voucher said to which he responded, "we are private, take it to another post office if you want cash".Despite all these negative reviews, their services remain appalling.Obviously they have no competition in the immediate area so they don't care.However, if you can get to them, Ponders End and Brimsdown offer much better services.

A warning. The guy at the counter at post office in the back will shout at you. If you like being berated like a little kid by a guy with a small willy complex, enter the store. Otherwise, keep out!

As you can see from the other reviews I am not alone in my sentiment. This post office is unprofessional, rude and the staff are inept. I will never redeliver a parcel to here again and I am shocked that they are still open.

The worst service customer ever he wont give me a receipt for my pre payed letter unless I pay him unbelievable ,and plus he add comment it become private here no money no receipt

Bareeeeee rude!!!!!Wouldn?t trust this place with a piece of paper let alone my parcel.Which magically didn?t arrive even though the TRACKING said so but apparently tracking is not correct.No one and nothing is correct but the rude girl behind the counter is. 1 star is generous If you ask me
