The worst lashes ever . The room was not quiet the lash technician’s phone was ringing all the time. I did not like the result and I kindly asked her to remove it which she did. I asked her if the lashes were individual and she lied they are 3D. A week after all OFF

Just had my first laser hair treatment with Nilgun. She is such a lovely person, professional, calming and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Called this morning to cancel my appointment due to being unwell and literally just got rushed off the phone. The woman barely asked for my details and then just kept saying okay bye, bye,bye!!!! Won't be rebooking ever again.This salon has gone down hill.
