I went here to get Hollywood wax as my original beautician was fully booked. The first ref flag was the bed had not been covered with towel/tissue paper as this is what I?m used to. When I questioned it, she reassured me that it was clean and sanitised. During the appointment she was pulling my hair out really hard, (yes it?s a wax however her technique was painful) & this is something I do monthly. Giving the way she was tugging my hair I would have expected a CLEAN wax, that wasn?t the case!! I couldn?t really see properly until I had gone home and upon close examination there was a lot of hair left back. To finish off, when the appointment was over she starred at me getting dressed I asked if she could leave the room as I found it very awkward with her gaupping at me..her response was ?oh no no?. yes you?ve just looked at my lady bits but you should give the client space to get dressed and undressed. Overall I won?t be returning here .. not happy with ending results!!

Only been here a handful of times to get my nails or eyebrows & once had my hair done. Lovely service & people?! however I wish they took card! It?s a nuisance as I don?t always carry cash with me neither my card.

Booked a very last minute appt to have highlights, cut and blowdry...Mehmet was lovely, and ensured at every stage I was happy and you can see his dedication to his work and he is very talented. The other staff were also lovely...which made me sad to see how rudely some customers are, but staff are still polite and accommodating. Ponders End has a range of cultures so why can't we be respectful and treat people how you want to be treated. Continue your good work Eylul (September) ?

Hair salon really good, styled well, however had to repeat my self to the stylists 5 times what I want. But overall nice cut and style. Nails are awful for 24 pounds, bulky and acrylic applied unevenly. Went to another nail salon today to get them redone as I couldnt face looking at my nails they were a mess. Paid the same price in la mirage nails and the work was emmaculate ill be revisiting there.
