Excellent friendly service, would definitely recommend and use again. Our fridge freezer broke down and within less than 24 hours a new one was delivered and saving us the loss of all the food that was in the old freezer.

March 2020.Thank you for the excellent service from the team at Albany Radio. They very kindly ordered delivered and installed as Washer Dryer (3rd floor flat) within 3 days. Not only this, they also resolved a couple of other connection issues made by the previous installer without any charge. A very thoughtful and considerate team. We had our INDESIT double oven installed on 12/11/20. After delivery/installation we discovered the top oven door handle was damaged ie scratched. After called the shop was told it would be replaced but to date not heard anything about this.

Went to purchase a fridge freezer as the one in a property had stopped working but instead of just selling us the one we saw they offered advice on possible fixes to our problem which actually helped and although we did not purchase anything if we do need appliances in the future this will be our first point of call.
