Unfortunately I went there to get my PAC number to switch from three as quite frankly Three is no longer usable in Europe as part of your contract and it cost me nearly four and a half months in payments to use it in Spain. Outrageous . So I voted with my feet and switched as soon as my ending contract would allow me.

Extremely rude customer service!!!!!So Three send us to deal with them, but they are upset because we didn?t come to them First to upgrade the phone.Didn?t really want help and made everything and whole experience with Three generally very difficult and not appreciated at all!!!!Avoid if you can !

This place can win ? the worst customer services in uk 2024 .they have Vodafone just next to them . Definitely using Vodafone after this experience with 3 .I think the staff of THREE making a big favour for the sales of VODAFONE

The worst customer service ever ,today I went to get a lost SIM card from old number . I didn?t get that number because they are very rude and I moved my current number to VODAFONE .never again dealing with THREE .

I rented a router for 1 month, and they charged me 3 times more than the established price for the rental, I had to go to the store and Dhuran called and they didn't solve anything for me, a 1-month contract in July and it's September and they have discounted another £30, you are shameless, in total I have £81 when I should only have had £24, I have been with three for 10 years but this is over and they still have the shame of calling me to make offers. 5 times Dhuran and I had to call. They did not send me the bag for the return of the router and they still send me emails saying that the deadline has passed, to Dhuran and colleagues 5 stars to the company three 0 stars. I want my extra money paid back. and don't call me again for false offers, since then they will raise the established price. very dissatisfied with customer service, returns and support. Also add that I returned it to the store and canceled before the month was up. They have no excuses.
