Yet again another lie. Sent email of delivery confirmation, but never even attempted delivery. The seller I purchased from confirmed this. Royal mail is a complete joke, lying and costing people money for their laziness. Made a complaint months ago and never heard anything back! What does that tell you! Said the address was unaccessible, yet had an Evri delivery and groceries delivered. Supposed to be attempting delivery today, yet 3.15pm and still nothing. When Evri is more consistent and reliable, you know Royal mail are useless.

Not the first time cannot received the parcel. Always say no one home cannot attempted! BUT we are at home!!! This time no ?Red? card left to us, cannot arrange redelivery on website, no one can contact. Awful!

Royal Mail, the courier man delivered the order to the wrong address and the Royal Mail don't confirm that the order was lost so that I can receive a refund..lack of professionalism and respect for the customer!

Have to agree with the other reviews, not quite sure these lot know what they?re doing. This is not the first time that Royal Mail have delivered my parcel and they haven?t knocked, but I haven?t been too fussed because they usually LEAVE the parcel in a safe place. For some stupid reason, they decided today to take my parcel BACK TO THE LOCAL OFFICE and the next re-delivery date is next week Monday. Please please please! If a customer has selected the option for delivery to a safe place, listen to their request! Now I?m going to have to go out of my way to pick up the parcel kmt

Customer services & delivery offices can?t co ordinate a simple redelivery. Waited all day for a redelivery which customer services said was still coming even though I got another email saying I had to book another redelivery. Now the link for that doesn?t let me re book so how am I meant to get my parcels. Went to the delivery office and they wouldn?t give me my parcels because they were meant to be delivered that day but they never were.

Yet again another ?sorry we missed you? card despite no attempt being made to deliver, no knock on the door. I work from home and was in all day. What makes me laugh is that I saw the postman come into the building and he didn?t have any packets with him. They must fill the card out when they don?t fancy carrying packets. Either that or they lack the basic skill required to match addresses with corresponding doors. It?s not rocket science. I also agree with the other reviews about bending deliveries that shouldn?t be bent. Quality of service here is dreadful and they?re rude.

they have lied saying they have attempted delivery twice my medication is posted through letter box not sure if it?s due to short staff. But I am now left without my medication. And will suffer withdrawal symptoms. They have offered me a collection service but my crippling anxiety and depression stops me from going out hence using Pharmacy2U I?ve had to pay someone to collect for me and have been advised by the staff which gave me another item that hasn?t even been attempted I?m going to have to make a formal complaint

My letterbox is wide enough to post an A4 size through it yet the postman decided to fold a card that's says DO NOT BEND on it.Yesterday I received my neighbours post.All the doors have numbers on them! If the postman can't read he shouldn't be employed as a postman.
