Absolutely awful customer service, and I didn't even have to enter the store.\\n\\nI drove all the way here from work to return one item and they refused to let me in. I got there at 5:47 to be exact and they had already locked the doors. I knocked, as there were a few people inside. The lady refused to let me in, even after I explained to her that I had travelled all the way and only needed to return the item. I asked her what time the store closes and she said, \\\"six, but everyone is leaving now\\\". I asked her what time should I come next time then, if every member of staff leaves at 6. She said, \\\"earlier\\\" like she didn't care or know when would be a good time. I proceeded to ask her what she meant by that, 5:30 or 5:45? She said 5:45 is fine. I had got there at 5:47. Never coming back here again. The staff care more about leaving at 6, than their customers.\\n\\nWhat makes me even more upset, was that as I was leaving, I noticed that the poundstretcher nearby was still open to their customers, even though they close at 6. There were people entering and leaving.\\n\\nI wasted my time coming all the way here and even had to pay for parking at Edmonton Green carpark, for no reason.

Disgusting behaviour shown to my 86 year old grandmother today. She wanted to exchange an item and was accused of stealing the item, even though she had a receipt of proof of purchase. She was distraught and terribly upset! I have got in touch with customer services and want this looked into as the behaviour shown by 2 members of staff was unacceptable and needs investigation. They should not get away with this!

I try not to go in here because when I?ve had stuff ordered to the store the people that work there have opened the packages. It?s just unprofessional and weird.

Tricky costumer service don?t buy or exchange with Matalan in Edmonton N9 London. I had shopping from Matalan in Enfield and two pieces of my cloth Sizes wasn?t fit and I went back to Matalan at Edmonton at the cashier the young lady tried refunding me but the other Old lady while hears me I bought it from deferent branch (Enfield) then she Was so rude and She didn?t accept to refund or exchange because I bought it from other Matalan. I saw that old lady winked to the other cashier to get me refusing me from refund or exchange that was so Tricky. I tried asking her name but she didn?t want to give me her name as I told them I will leaving u review. I recognise that Old lady for legal purposes.

Staff are rude unhelpful went to store more than once to check on click and collect as had no email to inform if parcel had arrived and one visit the manger is blind white informed me not to come back to store until I had confirmation email I tried to explain that I put order in on 21/12/21 and it should have arrived on 29/12/21 I left it for a week still no parcel went back was told to contact office I stood in queue for 20 minutes as she was doing something on a phone of some sort and the look from her was disgusting and her Aneurysm awful it was just her and one other staff on again long wait againWent to store with my my aunt this time was a black lady rude again asked for her name so I could report she declined to give it and just started talking underneath very quitely been in touch was offered 20% off next time I go to store disgustingWould not recommend this store and the head office don?t care again disgusting

Staff here have a major attitude problem. I go here regularly to pick up dpd parcels and have never come across staff with such disdain and attitude. They have the social skills of a rock. It's just basic human decency to give some form of eye contact and show manners. There's only one older lady who I always have a positive experience with and the rest are miserable misers.

General experience was ok however I asked a member off staff to help locate a product I had seen online. She told me they don't sell in store. And her attitude was like she couldn't be bothered. As I continued browsing I eventually found the product. Says alot about her.

Went in today to return a pack of two bras that I didnt like and I was told by the not so nice checkout lady that she couldn't refund because it was in really bad condition? I literally tried the bra on found it uncomfortable and took it off so how the hell was the bra in bad condition. ?Anyway wont be shopping there anymore. Staff are terribly. Only one nice lady there her name is maria.

Click and collect that you need to queue up with the shoppers to collect. Net great when the queues are long given you've done everything online!
