Initially, I visited the Haringey store, but unfortunately, I received poor customer service there. I had intended to seek assistance, but the staff member I encountered was unhelpful and rude. It was immediately apparent that they were more interested in rushing me out of the store rather than addressing my concerns. This experience left me not only frustrated but also deeply disappointed in the level of service provided by "Dreams." Consequently, I decided to leave the store and head to the Edmonton Green location.Upon entering the Edmonton Green store, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for an enjoyable visit. Their genuine commitment to listening to my needs and going above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for.One delightful surprise during my visit was the offer of beverages. This small but thoughtful gesture added a personal touch to the experience. It's these little things that make a big difference and set Dreams apart. I left the store not only with the perfect item I was searching for but also with a smile on my face. I can't thank the Dreams team enough for making my visit such a pleasure.
