Friendly and helpful staff. Their IT system had broken my online-only account, and they got it fixed despite having many complicated steps to go through that only one of the tellers knew how to do.There was also a woman next to me who wanted to send a large amount of money to someone but realised she forgot her ID at home, so her teller obviously couldn't process the transaction. The teller was very sympathetic and provided several alternative options, some of which where rather creative.Side-note: maybe they could improve privacy at the teller windows. I couldn't help overhearing the woman next to me.

This is my first time using East Ham's Nationwide and my last. Because of the overall positive review of East Ham's Nationwide, I have decided to test their service. On the 11/2/2023, I went to talk to one of their female cashier around 11 something to help me to put my physical money of £15.21 into my Instant Saver. But she shows a lack of self-awareness and discussion me more about their Nationwide App like I wasn't aware of it, which I used their app on 11/2/2023. Plus, she has failed to put my money into my Instant saver account. Instead, she put it into my regular account with the receipt. Giving me the impression that I was the one who took the money of £15.21 in minus. Plus, I have asked her about their cost of living planning with Nationwide, which she sent to my email. At least she has the cost of living information correct so that I can read it in my free time, but not when I request my £15.21 (physical money) to be put into my Instant Saver?? Not recommend. ?

Wonderful staff but the lack customer service speed is very poor...staff are amazing...However Nationwide counter service manager seems to be more interested in saving staff wages than employing more staff to maintain a good service in a very busy branch.I am always waiting there for FORVER because there is normally only one member staff serving or on a lucky day they'll be two and there's lines of people waiting from the front door! Extremely poor service...

The staff were very polite and friendly. It is nice, clean and spacious. Didn?t have to wait to be seen. Hand sanitizer available if needed.

This is my branch! Always happy to go there for any problem. Really gentle and friendly. They always do their best to help you out. Had many issues long time ago to open an account and they literally did everything to help me out with it. Absolutely lovely
