Choosing a sofa was very easy staff. Very helpful. Unfortunately I have waited nearly 6 weeks to have my sofa delivered to my house. I still do not have itr because the warehouse has misplaced it and no one seems to have an answer for it. I'm the one ringing everyday and all I get is we will get back to you when we have more information. Unfortunately no one ever seems to I don't think I will ever buy anything from there ever again. That delivery service is rubbish

Customer service is really bad. We ordered 2 sofas from sofology and there were some issues with the them, to fix that issue its taking more than 3 months and still there is no proper response.

Went in with my partner today to look for a sofa for our new house. There was no sign of staff when we entered, and after walking around for 2 minutes we came across the first member of staff sitting on her phone with her feet up with shoes on on the sofa. When we walked past she didn?t even lift her head to look at us or ask if we needed anything, just kept her head down hurried in her phone. Went to go upstairs and walked by the second member of staff and she didn?t say a word, not a hello or so you need any help just nothing. As we walked back downstairs we passed her again and all she said was ?you ok? bit late now isn?t it. As we walked out the shop we saw yet another member of staff just sitting there on his phone. Won?t be going back.

Had the joy of being served by Wioleta today. So lovely (and rare) to find a sales assistant who understands customers and how to treat them. The sofas are great, but this lady was better! Huge thanks!

What eas nice about walking around the show room was you were left alone. A sales person greated you asyou walked in and then left you alone to browse. Good selection of sofas not cheap but well worth a look.

I went to find a sofa at sofology and the man who helped was very good at selling the sofa, but missed out key information such as there is no flexibility, if there is a delay in moving house. As soon as it is ready for delivery they will not help. They will not even try to understand your circumstances even though you spend thousands on their sofas. No one from the store or customer services has shown any kind of compassion to an already stressful situation and merely read from a script over and over.I understand a policy is in place for a reason but missing key information out at point of sale has lead to this.I will never buy from them again.

I wanted to wait until I received my Abruzo sofa bed and matching armchair before submitting my review.Gordon provided a relaxed and highly professional sales experience at Purley Way's branch. I was quite worried about delivery as I'd since read quite drastic reviews. However I'm pleased to say Valentino and Nicholas made the delivery equally pleasurable. Happy Sofology journey for me!

We ordered a sofa bed and arm chair 4 months ago at Sofology Croydon. It?s been 6 weeks since we got the call that it?s ready to be delivered home and still waiting and have NOT received our furniture. Called Customer service almost every other week and all they say is our furniture worth £3000 is stuck between 2 depots that?s 1 hour apart. seriously who are you trying to fool???? 6 weeks to transport between 2 depots 1 hour apart ? Seriously this is not done. We are sitting with no sofa since 2 months now and waiting for your delivery and no one seems to have any clue what?s going on. What dreadful customer service is this. And it takes 1 hour waiting to even speak to a customer service agent each time you call them. This is simply not done !!! Dreadful customer service !!! Avoid at all costs !!!!! Wish there was a 0 or negative star option in reviews?.

Worst service I ever had. Ordered a sofa that took about 2 months to arrive and when the delivery was done, the material was not what was originally ordered. Their website pictures show fancy sofas and what we got was a velvet one- something we didn?t order in the first place. Furthermore, the sofa arrived without cushions and when asked - the answer was there is shortage of foam currently (a reply I received via email). I have tried calling their customer service- quite often they drop the calls- at-least that?s my experience and I have had a number of emails to them enquiring about the order and they just come back with the same response- that they are liaising with the supplier on this and this is now ongoing for past 3 weeks with no proper responsibility on their side. I believe I have been mis-sold- so be aware when you get yours.

We have visited sofology Croydon on numerous occasions trying to find a sofa. Louis happened to be there every time we visited. Louis would always leave us to think about things and told us to come and find him when we was ready, this completely differed from other stores where they just follow you around trying to show you things you don?t want. We just loved the vibe of the store and couldn?t fault Louis at all, he is possibly the most helpful and genuine person we have ever come across working in a sales environment. He was genuinely interested in what we wanted and was looking for. His honesty and positivity made us confident in our final choice. His manager was also really lovely too, they just seemed like a genuine group of people. We would highly recommend this store to our friends and family based on the experience Louis provided. In fact, on one visit my mum came along and she wasn?t looking for a sofa, but she saw one she quite liked and she will be measuring up to come back and have another look.
