Awful customer service. Loads of staff walking around doing nothing. Not one had a clue about a product I was looking for. I was sent all over the shop randomly. Ridiculous .

Staff are rude & unattentive, five people waiting to pay only cashier, he claims he is the only one qualified to serve, while more than enough staff on the floor dpiing nothing, pathetic.

Daniella was very helpful and professional. She helped us straight away upon seeing we were unsure about which tumble dryer to purchase.We went in wanting a specific tumble dryer however it was out of stock and she assisted by telling us where it was in stock.After a short amount of time she assisted us in deciding what tumble dryer to purchase. We settled with a Samsung one to match our washing machine. Definitely recommend!Thanks again Daniella ??

I got cheated when purchased my mobile phone. They provided wrong information about Creation credit. They told us will get credit for 24 months and have to pay anytime within 24 months but such scheme were not available with Creation.We have compromised with mobile colour as only yellow colour avaliable with Creation credit and also didn't get that much credit which mentioned.Also they told us we will receive a call and then come store to collect phone. I waited long time and didn't receive the call. Thought better contact customer service and they said that your phone is already in storage since 3-4 days.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Its like the staff didn?t want me to purchase in their store. Staff are not very welcoming. Had to wait for a long time on queue and was passed on to different people.

The delivery man undone a fitting under my sink which had nothing to do with the appliance he was removing and gave the same fitting he removed to my mother an elderly woman, and said its all part of the appliance ( washing machine). He did not fit it back on leaving a unplugged drain cap off therefore causing a flood under the sink. This part he removed had nothing to do with the appliance he was removing!!! Disgusting service not happy at all, what a mess it left under the sink, shelves wet and wrapping now!!!

Absolutely shocking experience. Phone was ordered as click and collect to the Currys in Croydon Purley way. No email notification of order status of the fact it was arrived. I was checking in store every single day and they promised to notify me when it arrives, but that didn't happen. When I finally found out it arrived, they weren't able to release the phone to me because someone incorrectly added a line onto the till.It was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had. I spent a total of 3.5 hours staring at their blue screen watching someone trying to void an incorrect line. I was on the phone to customer service and at least 4 of them hung up on me and never called back. Customer service also told that my phone cannot be released, so I asked them to cancel it, to which they said it cannot be cancelled.Bizzare experience. It was forcefully cancelled and I had to reorder. Customer service team offered a compensation but I have to manually follow up after 14 days.

I went to currys to get a TV for my son . I stood around looking at them and wanted some advice . One guy was busy telling to a customer . I looked over at the front of the store and there were about 6 members of staff all sitting around chatting and laughing. I walked over and asked for some help . A very tall guy said yep il come .i asked him about the TV?s . I kid you not he said well they are all much of a muchness and just stood there. I looked at him in shock . Then he walked back over to the other colleagues again. The one guy who was helpful came over to apologise when I was at the till with the purchase I?d come decide on .I told the store manager who said sorry but clearly had no control . I also complained to head office and never heard back . Such a shame . Appalling customer service . With no one who really cares to help the customer experience .
