Staff need to be better trained and better informed about how treat customers. Was told I would be paid by bank transfer after 3 days no money, when I queried this I was told phone had not been tested due to a back log of testing, had I been told this I would have gone elsewhere. Total waste of time spoke to smug manager who gave a half baked apology!

My phone is alright but the reason is that the phone wasn?t swipe properly and I have to keep on turn on and off and I couldn?t enter my passcode on my phone because it?s slow to type and the charging battery is having bad issue and it keeps making charging sound and I need a new screen I?ve been using it for 2 months

Went in for some advice for my nintendo switch, the girl behind the counter was friendly but said there was nothing they could do. Then a young gentleman took a look, and within 5 minutes had the problem fixed while maintaining pleasant small talk. He is an absolute life saver- knowledgable, personable, and an absolute credit to your company He deserves a raise for his positive attitude and outstanding customer service! I wish I got his name, but hopefully the box of chocolates go some way to showing my immense gratitude! Thankyou!

Cheap gadgets but not all as advertised, laptop battery life is very poor in 2nd hand laptops as are the batteries in mobile phones - they don't tell you this so Caveat Emptor

It is OK for noal people but I am disabled and l couldn't stay standingup for long time.l asked if there was a stall to seat down and l didn't get any answer and they didn't even bother to say anything. They took so long to sort my son and grand children out. I waited there standing up got really tired. No good for costumer service. I don't recommend to disable ore old person to go there. At least they could put couple stoles for the tired or disabled costumers to seat down while waiting their service.L

Rarely shop here but needed to sell my wireless earbuds to raise much needed cash. Given that I had forgotten to clean them they were good enough to advise me to clean them first before they could take them in. Did that there and then and then they processed my sell. They gave me a kind of Cex card to use next time I want to sell something. It makes the process faster. Saw some good items in there and lots of PS2 games which I don't usually see with them to find so many in a shop. One advantage with them is that they close at 7pm most days which is great for me. Disadvantage is that you can't put a deposit down for something and pay it off like Cash Converters offer. The staff were friendly during my visit.
