(They keep deleting my review. I will repost until the stop) All I can say is PLEASE do not choose this company for your carpet. I placed an order over £2000 and had to wait over 2 months for fitting and delivery. (Which they cancelled on me last minute TWICE) it gets worse? on the delivery day they come with the WRONG CARPET! I straight away called the store (staples corner spoke to Ruhul) who was extremely rude and told me several times to stay/stick with the wrong carpet (it was grey and fluffy. I ordered cream and flat wool carpet) not to mention cheaper than the one I originally purchased. He kept repeating it?s a best seller and that it?s an amazing carpet. That I should go ahead with that one even though I DID NOT ORDER IT or choose it. Trying to force me to stay with that carpet.Later to find out when he and his team served me in store they put the wrong carpet down on the receipt. Despite knowing what I wanted. Did not correct it our double check. It was their fault. I came into store x3 times to finalise it. So it was an error on their end and It doesn?t even match with the price I paid? The one I wanted was £20 more per square meter. Trying to scam me?After me telling him more than x10 times I don?t want the wrong carpet they came he began to shout and scream on the phone. He told me I won?t be receiving a refund and was extremely unprofessional. I have the whole phone conversation recorded as I could tell they would be difficult. But this is completely out of order and no one should have to go through this. But ruhul was absolutely disgusting. Store manager? With an attitude like that. Horrific. Why he was so adamant on me keeping the wrong carpet I have no idea. Maybe because he makes commission per sale, but I would avoid this company a million times. Useless. I want my refund.

Absolutely disgusting company, I bought a snuggle chair 18 months ago and after 10 months the leather on the back of the chair went a funny colour, they replaced it with some obviously inferior leather at 10 months later it has done the same thing, I am now left with it looking a mess as they say it is my husband's hairs fault!!! I will never use this company again

The worst customer experience. Stay away from this circus. They promise the world but are experts in underdelivering. Fitters will turn up and charge more money then whats written on the contract. You can not get through the store unless you speak to a generic telephone line. They promise the Operations Manager will call but not materialised.

Nice when go in store. Not happy at all with there service. Was promised that they were going to deliver on the 16th of August or near. Earliest date they gave was the 30th. Didn't pick up the waste or bag it. Over charged on fitting. I've emailed the CEO Steve Carson. Let's see how much he cares to do something about this. In this day and age its all about customer retention and your doing your best to do the exact opposite.

SCS Staples Corner is one of the worst furniture store in London ! Manager (Linso) is an ego driven lying conman, sales staff (Antonio) is a scammer with violent tendencies. Will promise you anything but deliver heartbreak with their contradictions and inconsistencies. Once I exposed their dishonest lies and fraud, I requested an immediate refund of £1380.00. Drove 1.5 hours only to waste over 4 hours with thugs and low-lives.

Staff were helpful, store was clean and we'll organised.We were with our daughter who was buying her first sofa, the manager was supportive of her budget, and gave plenty of options, genuinely nice and helpful manager.

They tell you to speak to the manager who is rarely available and when he free to talk with he refuses to help. It's almost impossible to get a refund if they breach their terms and conditions. Great quality items, spacious showroom with lots of examples to choose from along with an enormous choice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming - they even got me a Costa coffee while I had just come to browse. The amazing salesmanship paid off though as I walked out having purchased a great sofa and I?m glad I did. These are superb people to get a sofa from - far better attitude and quality than their competitors (also a company with three-letters in its name).

Great team of sales staff who took time to explain the product benefits and features, but shame about the manager. He is downright arrogant and rude. Treat staff like idiots. Refused to call his regional manager to provide the best price on a set of sofas if I didn't commit to purchasing on the same day. How can anyone commit to buy if they don't have a price.

I'm giving 5 stars for customer service only. Deepak was very helpful and patient. He gave information on all options available. However, the store itself was unbearably hot. No air conditioning!!! Trying to shop whilst sweating was an absolute nightmare. My sympathies to the staff who work there in those conditions. Who ever looks after the maintenance side of the store in Staples Corner should actually do something to improve the working environment for staff and shopping environment for customers. There are rules and regulations that need to be followed in order to maintain acceptable working conditions. Please see that staff and customers alike are comfortable and not clearly sweating and feeling drained.

Horrible customer service!! Unfriendly staff , they don?t welcome all people who come in the shop unless you will buy things from them !I feel offended by the staff who make jokes about my nationality. Never go to this shop again. ???
