Lots of different items, big choice, but some of the items are way overpriced. The one I was interested is ReNu multi-purpose solution 240ml which costs there over £19. I don?t remember to spot somewhere else such a high price on this product. Ended up buying it on Amazon with next day delivery a pack of 4 same size for £19.99 in total

I am a very happy regular customer of Newcare Pharmacy. I cannot praise highly enough the good service and the comprehensive range of products including health foods and natural vitamins products as well as mainstream medicine.The health food manageress Bhavana is always warm friendly kind and thoughtful in meeting our needs and so are the staff on the pharmacy desk and staff within the shop. This has meant so much during the pandemic and throughout my husband?s illness with cancer.The range of PPE products (masks, visors testing kits, hand sanitizer etc) has been thoughtfully provided at all stages of the pandemic meeting our requirements as the situation altered. This continued to be the case. It is always a joy to be served with such kindness.

Has a nice health shop where Auntie, is super helpful and gives great advice. I find she provides good customer care and go by her recommendation. Good discovery, sourcing products and services I wouldn't elsewhere. ?

I've been a customer of Newcare Pharmacy for many years and have nothing but high praise for its staff, especially Auntie who runs the health food/ supplements section: she 'knows her stuff' and has given me great advice on many occasions whilst treating me with warmth and kindness. In my books, she is the heart and soul of the place.

Not only the pharmacist was quite rude to us here before, but now our DPD package is stuck there forever because for whatever reason they only release DPD packages limited time during the day and we happen to work that time of the day as it is deep into normal working hours. Definitely will try to avoid it for any purchases or DPD further.

Honestly the best pharmacy I've been to in London. Auntie, who is responsible for the health shop, is such a lovely and sunny person. She gives great advice and cares deeply for each customer, which is so rare and special. The pharmacists are also great and super nice. Truly a little gem in Willesden Green, such good energy!

Have been using this Pharmacy since I moved into the area over 20 years ago - what a fabulous place with excellent friendly staff, especially knowledgeable and helpful is Bhavna "Auntie" who is the queen of the health food and vitamins section, always willing to suggest useful alternatives and complimentary options. I can highly recommend this well stocked and valuable local amenity!
