Pretty unhelpful - they could only supply 1 out of 3 bottles of my medication because of stock issues.But I?ve called numerous times to check if I can collect the rest - it?s always a ?no?.Other pharmacies are managing to source it, and other pharmacies notify me when it?s back in stock.*Updated* Since this review, I?ve been contacted by the pharmacy manager, not to apologise or try to understand my frustration, but to ask me to ammend my review.

I've been going to this Pharmacy from in the 90s.Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I can always call and get them to order my medication. I always pop in just to say hi to the staff. One of the best Pharmacy in SW London.

I would like to thank Sim very much for her amazing attention and help. She went way above and beyond her role to help me out with a prescription, even dealing directly with my GP herself and sorted the issue. It has been a long time since last time I came across such a customer centric person. While I was waiting I also saw how tailored her attention was to other customers to whom she recommended the most suitable products based on their needs. Thanks so much again Sim! I?ve been getting my medication from this pharmacy for a year now and the staff are so warm and friendly, they notice your mood, ask about my family (who also use this pharmacy) In particular the spectacularly kind staff members, Seetal and Zain. Just seeing one of those when you?re under the weather is uplifting. Great service
