Dani with a heart serve me just what I needed at 7 am to start work. She understood my order and got it right even though I came to the store once all-round. Good customer service I would love to see more staff like Dani

I always love to have my morning coffee at Starbucks on Chiswick High Road. The coffee is absolutely delicious and so incredibly tasty.It is the staff at Starbucks on Chiswick High Road that are really wonderful and so professional and extremely kind and caring as well and will always talk to me every single day.Andrea, Prableen and Dani are absolutely outstanding at their jobs and will always go the extra mile to support the customers in the Coffee Shop.They work extremely hard each and every day and have really exceptional customer service skills.This is one of the main reasons I continually go to this coffee shop, because all of the staff are so very helpful and friendly - especially Andrea, Prableen and Dani.Thank you all so much for always being so happy, positive and for always being so very caring each and every day.

Firstly i asked for an Oat milk Late But ended up with a normal milk late, probably due to the barista being more interested in telling his tales to the other team member or previous shift exploits.I went to sit down in what looked like a cosy corner with padded seats, looked more like an ?Adult? play area though, white stains on seats and general questionable marks.Then I went to the toilet ? OMG Please get someone to clean it, Starbucks HQ send in the cleaners!!!!

I asked for a vanilla late, not to hot and a bit creamer than usual; 5 minutes later gives me extra hot and forty latte with little to no creamy milk. Also the shop was not busy.

Ordered a coffee, the guy didn?t take my name. Two minutes later slid a coffee over to me which turned out to be someone else?s. The cashier saw me take it, didn?t say a word. When I complained it was not what I ordered the cashier didn?t apologise for giving me the wrong drink, he demanded I apologise to the person whose drink id mistakenly taken. Deeply odd customer service aside (seems to be the same guy mentioned in all the bad reviews), there?s only ever one person working here so the service is also painfully slow. Best of going to Nero 10 seconds walk away.

They always forget plant milk. They even used dairy directly, even though I ordered plant milk. Do not go if you are lactose intolerant or allergic. I will never go again.

Got stuck behind someone who had just ordered x4 Frappuccino's - took +10mins before my Americano arrived! Top tip, if you're in a hurry and someone ahead has ordered Frappuccino's, you might want to think twice about placing your order and go elsewhere for that caffeine fix.

The front of house wearing the Julien badge called a customer ?pig? in front of other customers. Moreover was rude with everyone in the store including me. Probably the Starbucks team member had a bad sleep. Not the Starbucks service level that is expected.

Rude barista, no name tag (young man/bold - no hair). No manners. Acting like doing a great favour to all customers by taking orders. Requires proper training. Shameful.

I regularly come to this branch of Starbucks , however , today's (17th of June, 2023 @ 17:45 ) experience is very different. The cashier never told the staff preparing my drink of the add ons I asked for (and paid for). The staff who prepared my drink then asked the lady cashier to confirm my order after I told her that I asked for a Caramel drizzle instead of cream. The cashier told her to just "drizzle it on top" in a very, very rude and nonchalant manner. I know this kind of incidents happens, but what annoyed me was the fact that instead of acknowledging her mistake, she was very reckless in replying , to "just drizzle it on top! Although it's a usual occurrence to easily get mixed up with people's orders sometimes, but, lack of manners is not acceptable. I love Starbucks , but the behaviour of this particular CASHIER (lady) In the Chiswick Branch was totally RUDE! And she went to explain to the next customer after me what transpired between us, and continued to talk about it, even when I was already sat away. I could very well hear her talking away to her colleagues and laughing about it. Clearly unapologetic and unabashedly rude. I am appalled of the behaviour of this girl cashier. Plus the toilet was very dirty. The staff were informed twice of two different customers that it needs cleaning and they certainly took their time to clean it. I won't recommend this place , probably best to go to other branches of Starbucks. ?????
