Terrible customer service. They casually decide not to offer a refund even when you take back an item in it's original state, two days after purchase. Store manager does not have a clue of what statutory rights are and does not offer help, only repeats that 'they do not give refunds' like a robot. Also, has the cheek to provide an incorrect email address for complaints.\\nI wonder if Sports Direct ever bother auditing their stores customer service?

Thought the staff convivial and diligent. I did feel, spending well in excess of £100, that the refusal to supply a bag free of charge to facilitate porterage home somewhat baffling. It was insisted that I pay for a plastic bag. Why not one made of paper and surely there should be a payment threshold that justifies the supply of packaging.

Yesterday I visited this store. I really got a worst customer service ever in my life. Bought a tracksuit for me and my son from Leyton branch white colour. I visited this branch 26/01/23 at 11.58. I just want to change with grey colour same brand, same item and same offer. But the lady on the till asked me to pay 11 pounds extra. I refused to pay. Suddenly a young lady jumped and started shouting. She doesn't introduced about her. I asked her who are you. She said she is a manger. I tried to explain but she doesn't have any patience to listen. She kept talking and talking. Maybe this lady who is a manager won the lottery and took a aim and vision to sink this branch under water as quickly as possible. Than another lady came she started interrupting. Really feel sorry for her and for her customer service and really feel sorry for this branch and it's staff. If captain like that how their soldier will behave. They don't want to listen and understand. Later changed my mind and took my old product back and left the store. If possible I will never visit this store again. Specially I am requesting the sports direct HR department, please give training to her as quickly as possible. If she dealt customer like that can you imagine how she deal with her colleague. Really feel shame myself.

They charge you £5 for delivery but yet you still have to go in store to pick up. Won't be shopping there again.

On the trainers area 4 members of staff just chatting to each other and when you ask for assistance it takes 20 minutes to find a pair of trainer, then he comes and says sorry we are very busy with only 10 customers in the shop.

The only employee in that store who really worked in this moment while i am writing this review was the girl in the top floor all alone against 100 costumers who giving her soul all around to find the shoes for every single person, i don't know who is the Menager in this moment there but really shame on him or her. I am giving one star because we asked the guy's in the door downstairs to send someone upstairs becyshe is totally alone and the people was mad and they just leaving because one person cannot handle all alone and the rest in the store to play on there phones or like manager hide in office and drink coffee or who knows what they doing TERABLE i hope that girl open her eyes and run away from there or someone in bigger position see this message and check the cameras and see who really working there and who spend time on phone or drinking coffee

Doesn?t deserve even one star. Staff at football section completely don?t care about customers. Lack of basic customer service skills. They avoid interaction with people and ignore customers when spoken to

There are literally no mirrors in the whole shop apart from the changing rooms, which were closed today upstairs. LOL. How can you buy something without seeing yourself? you can't even buy and return because they won't give you your money back, you'll get some voucher you can use layer. How come you can't get a refund in the original way of payment? Is it even legal?

Good selection of trainers but service to get your size slow although courteous once assistant arrived. Store was virtually empty (2 pm weekday)so no pressure on staff. Would be reluctant to visit at a weekend.

I went last Saturday, a few members of staff for the two floors, customer service below zero, how is it possible to keep a store open with no staff?This is the last time I come in this store.

Very poor service on my visit today. Staff were nowhere to be seen. Waited at to pay on 2 occasions and no Staff member to be seen. Someone then came out of staff only door hoovered around and went back in, no offering any help. On the second occasions a queue had formed and still no Staff member around.
