Hajrah and other Staffs talking in their language avoiding customers and leaving them waiting. It seems as if they are all family or friends working there and that it's a family business not a pc World. The staffs taking their time with what ever their doing disregarding customers needs or the fact that customers are waiting. They don't seem happy to help anyone they just seem happy to be getting paid for their usless service. Shame on the manger who is training and managing this sites staff's because it's an absolute joke. Currys You need to get mystery shoppers in here so you can sack a few people for their poor customer service!The staffs don't seem to have manners, they don't make you feel welcome they don't thank you or even give you a kind goodbye. It's asif your a burden to them and that they were happy doing nothing and getting paid.

Hajrah is One of the worst staffs ive ever been served by in currys pc World. HAJRAH had terrible customer service skills.I went in to buy a microwave worth 160pounds! I found no one at the tills and was waiting around seeing hajrah and another staff chatting and the security guard standing and using his phone and they did not notice me. Then one staff told me to go to the refund section to pay or whatever i need. although it's not that expensive, I still expect a decent service. The Asian lady looked at me as if I am cheap, not knowing how much I spend in currys PC World. Don't judge a book by its cover!When i purchased my item i was told by Hajrah that i needed to go upstairs and bring down the microwave myself. I explained to the lady that I have a back injury which restricts me from carrying anything heavy and kindly asked if she can get someone to help me with the item to my car. She replied no one is available and that only 1 person can help with my request but his on a lunch break so I have to wait untill his finished his lunch break and that is around 20 to 30mins wait!!I explained to hajrah that I'm on a school run and cannot wait that long. she then started talking in her language with the security guard and asked him to go and get it, the security guard took his time and came back with a damaged product. I explained to hajrah that I am paying for this so should get a decent one and that this item looks as if its a return the condition of it. She gave me this cheeky smile as if to say take it and go away! Then I went upstairs and found 2 staffs chit chatting, i called a lady over and explained im here to take the microwave and showed her my receipt, she said she gave it to the security, i explained that the box was damaged and didnt look new she said the security must have dropped it! because she gave him a brand new one in an undamaged box. I had to go upstairs get another one My self and carry it with my back injury to avoid any escalation.I also noticed no manager around to complain too and that the staffs are speaking in their language! and I've also noticed many asin staffs why wasn't there a mix of staffs working there?I am very unhappy with the service I received from hajrah and i hope she doesn't do that to anybody else and she learns to respects everyone equally. Regardless of, age, gender or race!!

Honestly the best customer service I?ve had in a while. The adviser was very friendly and patient with me. He made sure that I had the best possible customer experience (it?s hard to find that nowadays). I think his name was Roul or something similar, he was Romanian (I know this as he had the flag on his badge) He also wearing a black earring . If you?re reading this your customer service is amazing. Keep it up :)It?s the lady with the Magic Keyboard and Pencil :)

Went in for a washing machine, we were seen quickly and they had exactly what we wanted. Staff were helpful and friendly.

One of best shop around for so much choices for electrical goods everything for kitchen and living room. Little bit disappointed staff not so helpful and trained for customer service except Conrad deserve 5* very helpful anything what I needed at customerservices ,THANKS

Poor service and even worse surround sound/sound-bar setup!Was told to try and connect with bluetooth to hear the one i was interested in purchasing, thing is there was hardly any phone service in-store. So make sure you have something downloaded before you go or better still find a shop with staff that knows how to deal with people.
