It amazing how there is so many bad reviews I?m utterly disgusted the way she spoke to me . Before my son attended this pharmacy I left for the same issue. The need to look on communication skills and stop taking it out on innocent people thanks.

Very rude staff not helpful at all. Costumer service poor the lady was saying well how is she supposed to know that was my reply felt very confrontational like she was frustrated but not knowing why. Very poor when you attend they are not helpful at all the just don?t care people go elsewhere.

I recently visited the pharmacy and I was left with a very sad and stressful feeling.The so called "Manager of the pharmacy" showed a very arrogant attitude, carelessness and incompetence in providing what there are there to do.The Manager of the pharmacy refused to provide medication and gave me back the proscription just when he exactly knew that all the other pharmacies would have been close by that time! He internally refused to provide the vital medication (antibiotic/ for infection) as he knew that i would not be able to get it anywhere else as it was closing time.I was left shocked, irritated helpless and abused by his act of using his work position and refuse support!Very sad, shocking and unprofessional experience!

This is my local chemist staff all work very hard and give excellent service.Very lucky to have such a good chemist to hand and emails to let you know meds ready to collect thank you from a regular customer

The price of an item was £13.51. They charged £14.99. And when asked they said the price has changed and they forgot to change it on the display label and they can offer a refund if I wanted. They should have been genuine enough to give it at the displayed price as it?s they fault that they didn?t change it.

I had a severe cough and rang up for medicine I usually take when I am Ill over the counter and the pharmacist is nothing but rude and judgemental . I was told to come down and when I arrived refused to sell me the medication I needed

Pharmacist lied to me yesterday. Was rude and unpleasant. Very unprofessional
I suggested maybe giving every bit of personal information out loud in a shop was not desirable. Never asked before. The female assistant was helpful but he told her to forget it and ignore me.
Patient care respect and dignity was zero from that unpleasant man.
After 20 years I?ll be going elsewhere simply due to him yet my wonderful GP is next door.

The Wrythe lane Kamsons is utterly hopeless. Rude,incompetent and to make things worse they can?t even be truthful. If you use doctors next door ask for prescription to be sent to a competent pharmacy. Hope not all Kamsons are like this one
