Incapable of doing your most basic day to day banking. Take your money and run.This is my experience for opening the most basic *current* account that did not have any protection on (overdraft, credit whatsoever just a basic f current one).The only way is with an automated online service. The incompetent agents behind it can't see my address in a counsel tax bill, thus sending autogenerated emails for over a month asking for more ID and verification documents. Desperately I went to this branch which is right by their headquarter hoping that the appointed agent has some authority helping me with this stupidity. The only thing they did was print/scan and re-upload what I already had done the day before.I uploaded dozens of documents to prove my identity, address. Eventually I gave up after spending hours in total over their customer service line and going to their branch in person. 3 month later (just when I moved on) they send me 2 debit cards, 1 issued by mistake (think how sloppy could it get!) with 100q as an apology. Just do it right in first place Santander!

To get through to someone is labourious. What I require can not be obtained on line. Hence the waiting to get through to an assistant. I feel sorry for those who do not have the knowledge of doing in line banking. And for.those who require an assistant

This is outrageous! After I transfered some money to another account of mine, they blocked my account. Had to call three times on different occasions. I was on hold 1.5 hours the first time, 1 hour the second time and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes (and counting!) this third time. I haven't been able to access my account for over a week. They say they will solve it and then they don't. Also, the audio quality of the support number is awful and I can barely understand what the representatives say.

Only rating Santander Camden due to the amazing customer service from Murat. I forgot my pin and was absolutely shambolic when I walked in. He made the whole process super easy, relaxed me and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I went from being flustered to calm in minutes. He respected my privacy whilst also being attentive to my needs. Thank you Murat.From the confused girl who didn?t know you can view your pin on the mobile app. Haha.

Wife went to Camden branch. Arrived about 2:30pm. Was closed. Opening hours on branch web details shown as closing at 4:30pm. This is false advertising.

Why don´t they have an E-.mail address? It is faster and far more appropriate that phoning them up. You can make sure that you write what you want to communicate before you send it. Also, you can write it at any time, night time, very early in the morning or... whatever. Then, they can reply what you need to know and you and they will have references at a later stages, you can refer to, of what you have been talking about. It is so much better than the phone.......

I only visit briefly during lunchtime.The building is kept nice inside and has friendly and professional staff available who are available: behind the desks and walking the floor (as it were.)The staff have been very helpful - especially staff standing near the entrance on welcoming duty. Their jobs seem worthwhile, as oppose to just standing there bored.

Opening time was like on the site but last week I went to that branch and they changed opening times starting from 9:30 and Saturday at 9. I went this morning (Saturday) at 9:05 and the branch was closed, nobody inside and they took out the opening time schedule which was on one of the windows.
