I went to this bank at the beginning of March 2024 to make an appointment for opening an saving account. The gentleman who met me at the front door, I don't remember his name, sent me to Mr. Rehan Raza. And that's all. Mr. Rehan told me that he can get it all done in 10 minutes before waiting for the next customer. He explained well the benefits of being a long term costomer with them and which account is best for me. Keep it up Mr. Rahan and thank you.

Always long queues.4 people asked me if I needed some help but only 1 person was behind the counter.I don't get it....does Barclays want us to move to NatWest which offer a better service?

There is definitely a lack of stuff at this office...they have been replacing people attending at the window for just the use of machines, creating more queue and non sense waiting, besides, these machines quite often give problems and the customer service at this office is just getting worst day by day....I miss the days when there were more humans than machines

Beyond terrible service. I went to the bank for a third time in 24 hours, I am just trying to deposit some euros to my currency account. Apparently this can not be done in the cashier or in one of the ATMs but with a personal banker. I tried to book an appointment with the personal banker, they are happy to book an appointment for another service such as a mortgage but not for that. So you can book an appointment to see the same person but for the service they like not the service you need. And you have to do all that before 14:00 because the safe is closed after that! I had to wait 40 minutes to get this job done.

This Bank should have more security for people using the cash machines outside. My mums card was just stolen (01.02.2023) by and Eastern European man wearing a beanie hat and mask. The bank should do more to protect it customers. Please if this happens to you call the police and report it to the bank.

The last few months the customer service has been terrible. The reluctance, arrogance and ignorance of the assistant in the bank is on the border of decency. My friends think so too. We are considering changing banks

Arrived at 10 am to a massive queue and no one on the till. Eventually, someone came rushing in and has been on the 6-station till alone!

What has happened to Barclays? I?ve been satisfied before. But visiting camden branch was huge mistake.I was there for over 1 hour. Staff doesn?t care to help customers. Only 1 person available, so queue is long. I was given false information, simple things turned into difficult ordeals. Horrible. I?ll have to visit different branch and see if I get better service! If not, I?m not a happy Barclays customer anymore
